It’s a train wreck!

There’s a lot of confusing things happening in this season and I just couldn’t tie it up with season 1.

In the first episode we got an explanation why we all thought the finale kiss in season 1 was fake. It turned out it was only Jim’s imagination.

And then they put different dates in every episodes which only confused me more. The chronology is just messed up. There’s 2015, 2013, and we all know season 1 happened in 2020.

And there’s a lot of nuisance scenes like the one where Jim, Olan, Yana and Flo lit candles and left flowers by the roadside. I thought Ben had an accident, had an amnesia and now living in the countryside with Roy. Majority of the new characters has no relation to the story at all. They were immaterial to the plot.

I decided to give season 2 a shot because it’s already on Netflix but to be honest, I think I just wasted my time. The story is not cohesive. The scenes don’t make sense. The editing is a mess, it’s like they just patched different scenes together. There’s so many backstories that don’t tie up with season one.

It’s a train wreck!

This is our story...

I don’t like this series...I love it! It is like watching my very own story on screen. Every aspect of the story is relatable. This series is a storytelling of my awakening, acceptance and coming out...to my friends at least. This also reminded me of the spectrum of emotions I went through.

The script is well-written and it is well executed. The actors gave justice to their characters and they are true to me what they are portraying. The character developments are not abrupt and realistic. I like the easter eggs in each episodes. Each episodes tickles you creative thinking and test your attention to details. I love the soundtrack, they perfectly match the scenes and successfully invokes the emotions for each scenes.

I can’t wait for the next season. I can no doubt say this series is God-tier!

The Kings are so back!

This is not your usual BL series. I love the element of suspense, mystery and romance in this drama.

The subtleties of the romantic connection between Max and Tul is enough to make your heart giddy. As always, Max and Tul give justice to their characters with their great acting. Their eyes and facial expressions convey the emotions even without any dialogues.

The suspense is so nail biting, we are already at episode 5 yet the killer still remains a mystery. I like the use of medical language because it tells that they did their research to make it well-written.
