That katana looked super long than usual though...lolBTW, I think Genshin was probably just a generic representation…
Sorry not sorry, I dont care for u westerners and ur shows with only men with oozing male hormones *winks nose* I hate facial hair which means I never watch any stuff made by yall. Except maybe Timothee Chalamate

I think its the same everywhere, especially if its based off beloved figures, ppl are especially concern. This is exactly why Disney MuLun got hated so bad in China. Unlike western audience, Chinese viewers are very concern about the historical inaccuracy

Same in China too. We just call it "ancient" drama. (Ancient Costume 古装or Ancient Idol古偶) historical dramas rarely gets allowed to pass bc censorship is rlly strict with accuracy. This is why in Stand By Me 与君歌, they complete changed the character's names and events and had to redub bc they couldnt pass the censorship due to inaccuracy

We dont make historical dramas. We dont even call it that. We call it ancient costume drama 古装 or ancient idol drama 古偶 unlike kdrama which striaght up sets it in a real dynasty time period and completely disregard history.

Also we (China) never make actual historical fiction dramas. Its usually set in a made up place. The censorship has strict requirements for actual historical dramas based off real life events.

Since the Queen Woo thing, ive seen even some knetz admit filmakers dont even try. Theres literally a Twitter post from knetz joking they're gonna have actresses wear QiXiong RuQun in the future
Not to mention his argument with cdrama is invalid since most cdramas isnt even set in a real dynasty or time period. Its always a fake country.
I was thinking it was a Cheng Yi and Nazha pairing when I saw the cast list. Now I've found out they are playing…
She was NEVER announce as one. You fans just kept assuming. Ies been going around telling everyone theres no FL, only ML. Nobody listened. She isnt even billed as a leading role. Dont get all ur info from MDL
shut up with the damn chinese - they think the entire world and everything in it belongs to them or was created…
Ha, even Koreans are complaining at this point. Whats a outsider have any say in it. I love how all the eng tik tokers are trying to argue but dont show a fuck bit of actual historic artifact as evidence. You realize the stylist is Chinese right? They even have a xiaohongsu
So Knetz actually have a conscience on the blatant use of Chinese elements? Don't argue with me on history. Show this to a history buff and they'd think its Three Kingdom or Warring States
