If you watch the anime version of that scene, you will see how much HuaiZhu didnt like that name. WangQuan surname made it a little better, but if its Wang FuGui, well in the anime, the modern reincarnation hates that name. Its rlly like a pet name. Yes it means wealthy, its just that.
