Title Don't Be Too Emotional Spoiler
This rating is crazy! This show was everything in one. Were they toxic at points, sure, but that was half the fun. Did both of them, especially Little Jane, drive me crazy, absolutely, but again, half the fun. They weren't boring by any means. I felt all the emotions, despite them telling me not to get emotional. πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ I also think this was a very good ending except for like 3 things.
1) Did Dan die like he should have? He might go on my most hated character of 2026. And I couldn't even feel sympathy for him about his parents because it was not really clear why they killed themselves. Which leads me to
2) Why did they kill themselves? They never said what Big Jane or his family did to make them so desperate that instead of rebuilding they chose to die. I also never knew what favor Big Jane did for Dan, and I would like to know that, we never knew why he hated him so much...unless I some how missed that in the show.
3)What was the very ending after the lightening credit? Does that statement from Big Jane's shitty Dad mean we are getting a sequel? I wouldn't say no, I really enjoy this show. But I cannot see what else they could talk about. Maybe just a special...
Overall, I had myself a grand ole time. This show had top tier NC scenes (this last episode especially!), high drama, violence, crazy love, villains and silliness. It had a pretty fire OST and it was well shot. I couldn't really ask more from a show. I am going to miss Big Jane and Little Jane! That was one wild ride!

That last paragraph wrecked me. The shorts. 🀣 And those suits! I mean, why not include white gloves, top hats,…
YESSSSS!!! It was like so out of no where! It was like, this is what rich people wear...in the movies....in the 1920s.πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

You made me LOL at the work from home! it’s incredibly bad - these clothes and hairstyles are just pure criminal!
πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ If we didn't laugh, we would cry or shout to the screen....I'll admit to doing the latter often for this show. πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

While I like Phatsa being all soft and squishy for Nakhun, I miss the Phat who was full of spunk at the beginning, fighting for his rights. I kept waiting for him to stand up to his Dad, especially because that man wasn't there most of his life, but alas, we have Phatsa just giving into everyone.
I did like that Mama stood up finally for her kids and herself. I could not see what she liked about the dad, but finding out they were forced to be married and she never loved him, all made sense. I also love that she said several times that Naphitch being from her husband having an affair did not make her treat him any differently than her own children. She made sure he knew he was loved and that that was his home as much as it was the older two.
Who ever worked on costume and hair on this show should never ever work in the industry again. Everyone but Boat's hair was terrible. Even Oat's this time. And what was that ending scene in the office?! What were they wearing!? And why?! They work from home! Even if they are trying to keep it professional, a button up shirt and slacks. Phat wearing suit and tie with a sweater vest is the stupidest styling choice I've seen...since the shorts. They did my boy, Oat, dirty in this series, clothing wise.
Not sure what the ending will give us, cause it sure doesn't look like a baby. I'm glad that it's almost over...so I can mourn the potential this had.
10 5
Only a JBL would have someone eating ass but also some of the worst kissing. It was cute in some moments, but the kissing was awkward, the excessive lip gloss was too much for me. The short run times were also unfun. I think this would have been a better movie maybe. I like what they addressed in terms of the concerns for the age gaps, that was handled well. Even with the parent meeting. Although the themes had the potential to be heavy, the lack of emotional depth is what I think I was missing from this show. I did like the light hearted moments, but I think if this was a longer show they could have really explored the age gap and the concerns that came with that. Overall, it was just okay. I don't regret watching it, but I don't think I would have missed anything if I hadn't watched it either.

This rating is too low. It should at least be a 8.5 because Big Jane finally kicked Dan's ass! He is going into my top ten most hated characters. And to think, in the beginning, when Big Jane was being a jerk, I was kind of all for Dan...nope, he's an asshat! The trauma he could have cause LJ telling him about Put just to one up Big Jane....that bastard!
Anywhoo, I'm glad that Little Jane finally remembered, although it felt anticlimactic when it finally happened. I kind of wish it had either happened when he hit by Big Jane trying to break up the ass whopping or maybe he had a dream and it was of him going back to that apartment and realizing that Big Jane was really gone and he felt the pain of that all over again. Then they could have the letter be voiced over him running. I also kind of wanted something like Big Jane was thinking of doing something rash (I know, toxic thought, I'm terrible!) like jump in the pool to end it all because he thinks he's lost Little Jane forever. The way they had him standing all in black at the edge of the pool made me think that was what he was going to do. It would have been cool to see LJ run out, see him getting ready to do something rash and he runs to him only for them both to fall in the pool. Something...I needed something more from that scene.
This show being called Don't Be Emotional, only to have both the characters as well as the audience in a constant state of emotions is hilarious to me. This episode alone took us through all the feelings. I'll admit to being kind of annoyed with LJ because even if I didn't have my memory, seeing the man everyone, including my phone, told me was my boyfriend go to such lengths to help me, including probably paying my old class mates and teacher to come back to university to reenact our past, just to help me remember, would have been enough for me to at least say yes, when he asked me to stay by his side. Big Jane is definitely a red flag some of the time, but when he is a green flag, he goes above and beyond.

I was wondering the same thing why did age her up... main story she was a toddler and in the novel she's a baby
I saw some one say because this was a couple years after the main story, they aged her up. But then they should have researched how to treat and take care of a preteen, not a toddler or a baby. It just was weird.

This was cute. A typical special episode. My only problem with the kid plot was that the girl was too old for the activities they had her do or how they treated her. Why would they need to feed that girl, she had to be 10-11. Either have them do activities that reflect her age or have the girl be younger. The other problem I had with the kid plot was them sleeping in the same bed as her. That house was huge and absolutely had to have had a guest room. She was old enough to sleep by herself and she should have.
Overall, it was just okay to me, but their series wasn't in my top three out of the five. I think if they had balanced all that sweet with a tiny bit of heat (and that couch scene does not count), I might have liked it better. I just needed the tiniest bit of edge.

Side note: while watching this, I realized that HillTer were the only couple who didn't get a special episode out of the main couples. Kind of unfair, so I hope we get one for them (I know we won't) as well as GerNao, because their stand alone part lacked on the romance department. It was all back story with barely any of them together, so it would be nice to see them together.

This show is hard, because it isn't good. The acting is terrible for the most part, but a scene will get you, like Naphitch biting Sangneau, was not expecting that. The writing is terrible for the most part...half the show was wasted on long drawn out sentences to fill space, spaces where they don't even fill it with dialogue or repeating an entire scene just to fill the space....but then you have the cute confession scene. I'll admit, I'm a sucker for Oat pouting and using his bangs to cover his face when he is supposed to act shy. NC scene was good, as it always is with BoatOat. And then they are actually doing a good job with the Omegaverse part. I could never recommend this show, but I also cannot stop watching it. And I would probably add to my rewatch list, if they did a special edit of just BoatOat scenes. I do wish the subs were better, because I cannot tell if it's bad writing or bad translation, especially the Dad's part. It felt like I didn't understand what his beef was, out side of Phatsa getting bitten. He kept repeating the same thing over again, instead of elaborating on why he was against Nakhun. I also hated Phat sitting there and not finishing a single sentence or telling his dad how he felt about Nakhun. I'm supposed to believe that Phat is mouthy with everyone, but his dad...
Of course I'll be here next week, cause I want to see what happened now that they have knotted and will we actually get a pregnancy...

Imma need Dan to get the hell on, now! Before that accident, how many ways and times can LJ reject you?! Whether you like it or not, Little Jane picked Big Jane. End of story. Get the hell on and get a life! I can already feel that next week is going to piss me off. And I'm kind of annoyed that we are getting an amnesia plot so close to the end. I wish he would have woke up fine, but instead of amnesia, it would have been them explaining WHY Big Jane needs the favor business so much, what the hell did he do for Dan that has caused him to hound him this much. And then finally, Big Jane ending the favors because it is too risky and now that he has LJ, he doesn't need it for what ever reason he was doing it for in the first place. Then also resolve what ever issue Little Jane has with being an artist/creator and we get the last episode being them getting married and going on their honeymoon. That is all we need. We have worked out the relationship stuff, they have apologized and have gotten engaged. Spend some time answering question then give me all the fluff, please and thank you!

Is this good, nope! But is far from the worst, so I'm okay. Glad we solved the who dunnit and why of Naphit. I will say the action stuff pissed me off. Especially the stopping and looking behind to see if they were still being chased, But the scene that pissed me off the most was the car scene. Instead of hoping in the car and running away with a simple "run"! they had get instructions on who to run with and where to go...and get their car shot up!? Huh? terrible writing/directing. They could simply just had the gun men shooting at them the whole time as Nakhun came up. The other brothers jump in a car to escape, but Phat and Nakhun get stuck hiding behind the car and THEN it gets shot up, so they cannot drive it. Leading to the coolest scene..Phatsa the badass! I loved that Phat said imma shoot you for my boyfriend and then kill you for all the trouble you cause! I dig it!
I need way less of the maid, I did not miss the GL couple, and I am hesitantly waiting to see what the heck they are going to do with the third couple because of how Naphitch reacted to Sangnaeu scent... are they mates? Also, why did Phat faint in the teaser for next week?! So far, I think Phat is my favorite character in this series.

The parents had a hand in the way Jet was brought up tho. They never said they won't support them if they followed…
So I see it differently about the parents. Jet and honestly Jean and Jane kept lots of things about Jet from the parents. They never stopped or discouraged him from becoming an idol, because that was his dream. But they also had to be realistic. Jet was not passing any auditions and eventually, he was going to have to make a living. Even the BL actors we watch continue with their college education even if they become famous. His parents simply said if being an idol, which does have an age cap, unfortunately, doesn't work, you will have our store to fall back on. I didn't see it as pressure but more like a cushion if he didn't make it in the entertainment industry. And now because of him, they don't even have that to give to him, which is tragic.

Title Don't Be Too Emotional Spoiler
I saw on Threads folks saying that Little Jane got on their nerves so badly this episode and they were dropping the show. So I prepared myself, because Little Jane has gotten on my nerves several times in this series and although I knew I wouldn't be dropping this show, I was ready for LJ to do something stupid...again.
Much to my surprise when all I did was feel soo very badly for him. He just wanted to have his boyfriend work his job and take care of his family. To have a brother who has not once, but twice made you indebted to someone would send me over the edge. And in a way, it did. I understand why he couldn't stay at Big Jane's house anymore. Not with his family staying in that apartment. Now, I would have taken Big Jane up on my family still living there but I would have Big Jane charge us rent, just so we don't feel like we were taking advantage of him. Then I would pressure my family to pay as much as they could to give back to Big Jane. But that is me. LJ was caught between a boulder and a hard place. The only think that go on my nerves was at the end when Big Jane asked him to promise to come back to him and he didn't answer. I wish he would have at least said he would try his best.
While I feel like Big Jane was in the wrong here, I also see why he did it. How do you turn down your lovers brother when you are capable of helping them? Now do I think he should have had a hard and fast rule that he would not be doing favors for anyone in LJ family unless life or death, sure. But you could see how hard Jet was trying to be an idol and honestly, LOTS of people get a head start in the entertainment industry by just knowing the right people. It just sucks that Jet is an idiot!
Jet was THE only person to get on my nerves this episode. Imagine being that critical of someone who has rescued from certain death because you made poor decisions and who would likely be your savior because you are still stupid. The only thing that irritated me about Big Jane agreeing to help was he did it after hearing what Jet thought of LJ. He should have said, I would have helped you but you are an ungrateful little brat, so no. I felt so sorry for the parents. To be accused of not supporting their dreams, when so far, all I saw was parents who wanted the best for their kids and supported that. I don't know/cannot remember if they were against Jane becoming an artist, but I feel like most of the time, Little Jane mostly lacked confidence in himself to be an artist and that is why he didn't pursue it, not his parents thinking it was a waste of time. Jet just sucks and I hope next week is the last we see of him.
I am annoyed that next week looks like Big Jane having to win LJ back when he shouldn't be going anywhere. Let's normalize disagreeing in a relationship, even being mad at someone with out breaking up or going distant/sulking for forever. If you love someone, you can be disappointed in them, you can set a boundary with them and then continue the relationship building from there.
But overall, I think Little Jane did the best he could with how shitty of a hand he was dealt this episode. Especially because that beginning had us and him believing he could just live a regular good life.

Was that a private room or did Naphit and Sangnuea just do it in the middle of the club? Also, I wish this series would focus more on the Omegaverse and less on this stupid side plot of rival gangs and or whoever this GL couple is. I probably wouldn't mind it if they would tighten up this script. They went from meeting at the house to meeting at the girls place to then meeting at the cafe to say the same things over and over again but coming to zero conclusions. And as much as the father cares about finding the Pure Omega, he is a terrible head of family if the sends every guard to find them, when his son is being accused the family reputation is going down. Did I expect excellent writing from this series, no but come on! Did anyone read it before it was approved?! Boat and Oat are still are what is keeping me around each week, but I need them to hurry up with this plot line and get back to knotting and give me a mpreg! If they don't show a knotting scene, I'm going to be pissed off.

The thing is...it was historically accurate as only Europe at that time had gay marriages....even the Methodist…
Thank you, I did google it before I wrote my response and from my research no where in the world made it legal. And even looking at what you have said, no where in my research just now proved this. But I'll take your word for it, although as someone who lived it, it was called a civil union back then and they were rare because they were still frowned upon. Maybe it was because he had money and could buy some influence, although I doubt his reach was that far. Historically, I wish it would have been handled a bit more seriously, because I know it would not have been as simple as a proposal and a ceremony in a church , not in the 90s.

Title Bittersweet Love Spoiler
Never have I disliked a character as much as Lu Fan. Wishy Washy, Mamby Pamby! I am only half way through and if he doesn't get a back bone soon, I'm going to scream. The rage bait comments about this show make all the sense in the world not that I've started watching.
Welp, that was a giant waste of time. Just finished the last episode. Lu Fan was pathetic until the very last episode where they reveal that all this time, he was good at finance and he was rich and that set up the other main lead to lose alot of money, just so he could be remembered by him. He goes away for a few years and then the other ML comes and proposes to him and they get married in 1995 Europe in a church, speaking terrible English. The literal last scene is Lu Fan asking if they can go home to see his mother for New Years. Despite him supposedly having cut ties with his mother and family.
There was not a single likeable character. Closest was the best friend of the main lead, but he was consistently terrible to Lu Fan, all the way down the last few minutes of the last episode. We've discussed how I feel about Lu Fan. Let's talk about the other guy. There was not one moment in the entire 12 episodes where he said he loved him. Oh he said he owned Lu Fan. He spent the entire series treating him like a slave, ignoring him, stringing him along (hot one minute, cold the next!), using him and pushing him around. There was not a single gentle moment where Lu Fan was treated like a human being by anyone in the series, except maybe the woman co worker, but I think even she just wanted to date him.
Let's talk about the parents. Both sets. The rich parents where useless. Mom made one appearance. Dad showed up multiple times but was unhelpful in every way possible. Hated both sisters! Both terrible people. Not sure what Lu Fan's damage was. She was abusive to Lu Fan, but when it looked like he didn't like her back she was acting like he cheated on her. The brother deserved to rot along with his father. I really wanted the mom to take the money Lu Fan tried to give her and leave her husband and son, just so she could escape the reason she had to lose her son.
The last thing I'll talk about is how stupid it was to place the story in the 90s and then have them get married in the end. As someone born in the 70s, the 90s was filled with tragedy, terror and abuse to the LGBTIA community. Between the AIDS epidemic, and homophobia, the concept of a gay couple holding a wedding ceremony in a CHURCH in the 90s is so ludicrous, I couldn't even finish the scene, had to skip it.
This was not good. No one was redeemable, everyone sucked. And I couldn't really even give it to the NC scenes, because it was mostly just repeated shots, camera angles, neck kissing and no one taking their clothes off. They didn't even show them really being romantic. Soup making and bossing someone around, that was it. There wasn't even like this longing felt from the other ML. That man told Lu Fan that his ass had no value. Because that was all Lu Fan was to him. Just EEEEEEEYUCK!

Jamie was soo stinking cute! That hospital scene was so heartbreaking! Both Jamie and Jane Patrick have terrible parents. I do feel bad for Little Jane, because having to watch someone go through an allergic reaction is scary. I will say, as someone who has to carry an EpiPen and someone whose child carries one, as the nanny, he should definitely have had an extra one on him. But so should Big Jane. My favorite part of this episode was how Big Jane handled the bullies! Little Jane got on my nerves, most of the episode. First with being nosy like literally the whole episode. Him listening into that meeting pissed me off. Mind ya business, Little Jane! Then, him not handling them bullies and that teacher they way they needed to be handled. I come up on someone I care about and am supposed to take care of being held down and beat up by anyone, the hammer is coming down. We don't even want to talk about it was my own children. Just know I'm smiling in my mugshot. When Big Jane got campus and let them little punks know that while your life may be miserable at home, you don't get to take that out on others. And I was sooo glad the teacher got fired. She wasn't doing her job.
I did like the fact that the room was filled with Little Jane. And that Big Jane acknowledged that it was crazy. I kind of wanted Little Jane to respond that, "yes this is crazy but I love it!" Because it's literally the concept of the show. Both of them do too much for this love, but it's okay, cause they like it. I love that this show is not trying to redeem either of them, they are what they are. Is it messed up, sure, but once they figure out the kinks, they are perfect for each other! πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚
