yeah, to be honest, I agree with you, there are inconsistencies, and I'm out here trying to make sense of everything. to be honest, it's so stupid that Shen Wen Lang hates omegas, because that's a great portion of the population, but they never got to the root cause of it in the series. Unless his hatred is equal to misogyny, which a bunch of men have, and women are half of the population.

1)Ohh, so you feel like Naran would rather do something to interfere with the discovery of the rigging? To me, I feel like he's not that type of guy, that he wouldn't go against his ideals, that's why I assumed that is more of a denial.
2) Is true there's no love from Naran's part, but i feel like she does love him, and that's why she wants her family's approval, also that's why she felt sad/disappointed at the fact that he didn't seem to care about how she was feeling the past few episodes during one of their conversations. And I'm thinking with the perspective of people back in the day that they'd do anything to keep their marriage because it is what is expected, and such. But I do feel that if she gets to find out, Naran would feel such shame that he'd be the one to end things.
3) With Lert killing Veera, I came to that conclusion based on his personality as being the chief of the military or whatever his position is. He would act in front of people like he's this merciless person, especially since killing people when they're inconvenient is brought up so lightly between those military men, and to him. Didn't you see how quickly they offered to kill Naran? But with Naran, he's so much different. I do believe that he's double-faced. Also, I don't think he cares that he's a hypocrite; I feel like he'd just look at it as being double betrayal. Also, based on the age period, I'd assume that he's a misogynist, so Lert getting cheated on may get him mad. But at the same time, he doesn't love her, so you may be right, and I'm just overthinking.
5) I feel like the government would never listen to Trin's plan. That they'd do whatever they feel is more convenient to them, which is not to care about the villagers' safety. It would be awesome if somehow the producers made it work and gave us a happy ending like that. But idk why I feel like there's going to be bloodshed / not a happy ending, or at least not for everyone.

ikr, i was so confused, i was like, bruh, I can't believe that what took you to not recognize huayong was for him to wear black LMFAOO, or Gao Tu removed his glasses and now is a different person

to make it make sense that those two don't feel remorse. On one hand, we have Huayong, a lunatic who has been obsessed with Shao You since childhood, and his whole purpose in life is to get him. He's been plotting his whole life, so to him, graping him was just unavoidable/was going to happen or something that he was wishing to happen, not this way, but if he was going to lose control of his rutting, the only person he wanted to do it with is Shao You. Remember, he doesn't care about what Shao You wants; he only cares about getting with him, that's why he is doing what he's doing. I could even bet that he doesn't even think that that was graping, in his mind he probably thinks that was an act of love, especially since Shao You is in love with him already. In conclusion, he's a psychopath.
On the other hand, Shen Wen Lang's explanation, he has hatred toward omegas, racism against omegas, he despises them. so the fact that he was "forced into mating" with an omega disgusts him, because in his situation, the fact that they're compatible, he cannot control himself, so he unwillingly did it, which makes him even more mad and increases his hatred toward omegas. In conclusion, he would never feel bad for an omega due to his deep hatred of them. plus, he's an asshole, i don't think he'd ever feel bad for anyone tbh

That's Huayong's plan from the beginning, to manipulate Shao You into loving him at all cost, he's a psycho; it doesn't surprise me at all that he did that; crazier shit he's done before. that's basically his whole purpose in life: to get Shao you for himself. He's planned it since he was a kid. he even started the drug for the sole purpose of helping Shao You's dad.

Here are my thoughts and theories:
Naran and Lert: Lert did do the rigging with that company. Naran is in denial because now that he's in love with Lert, he can't accept that he can be that way. Lert knows that Naran is still doing research on him, so is now being more cautious about Naran. Naran may sabotage his own research due to his denial and/or find proof that undeniably shows that Lert was in on the rigging, and may confront him, and they fight, and maybe Lert ends up killing Naran trying to shut him up, like he intended to do prior to them writing the letters. Also Naran's wife will probably find all those pics that he's been taking of Lert, she may stay quiet, considering that women back in the day were very docile, and/or one day confronts him during an argument, that may force him to cut things off with Lert or try to do so, is he going to be successful? Probably not. Also, Lert's wife is going to cheat on him with his worker, and he's going to find out, probably find them in fraganti, and he may kill that man.
Tanwa and Trin and Victor: I think the fact that a lot of people on here, me included, are shipping more Victor with Trin than Trin with Tanwa is because the developement of the relationship of Victor and Trin seems more organic, things are flowing between them, as compared to with Tanwa, it seems like he is forcing himself into the picture, like he's doing too much. plus, the interactions between them don't seem deep enough, and they don't seem to share things in common. As with Victor, even though they're on different sides, they seem to understand each other, or at least get to a common ground, the villagers' well-being.
However, I have to say that Trin is too idealistic and naive; the government doesn't care about the villagers. Once they agree with the plant construction, they'll probably are going to be forced to leave their land and won't be placed in a nice area, if placed in an area at all. And they will be forgotten, like it always happens time and time again throughout history. Victor may forget about his original vision and gets to be persuaded by the idealistic words of Trin and may even help persuade the villagers to agree with the plans. And once he sees that the government ain't shit like he knew they were, and reality hits him, he's going to hate/fight Trin, and hate himself as well. Also, his friends may leave him for doing all that.
I may be wrong, though, but it all points that way. idk let me know what you guys think
