I personally think if you are new to modern Chinese dramas, you should try other modern Chinese dramas first. I'm not saying this drama is bad, as it is too early to see the plot direction. However, there are definitely good modern Chinese dramas that aired in recent years that you may probably find interesting.

Girl, I was thinking the same thing. The latest episodes are pretty intense. I was just thinking of holding out. I didn't watch today's episodes either; instead, I watched the last 3 episodes of Spooky in Love. We will probably get an express package on Wednesday or Thursday if they are going to release it. It is better to watch them all at once instead of getting tortured every day. Their wedding night went just as we discussed. We got everything, including curtains and lamps with big zoom-ins on their lips😅👀

That Yu-seless is a real POS. He is either hoeing around or reminiscing about magnolias while drawing. Why yap now? He chose this life. Honestly, it is a good thing our girl escaped, but she had to pay a huge price. Otherwise, we don't know what flower he would have drawn next. People like Yu-seless are never satisfied with anything they have. Yu-seless probably thinks he is also some kind of flower and that the world needs to please him just for existing🤗 I hope ZL breaks all his limbs when he gets exiled so he has to move like the snake he is☺️🐍☺️

The Yu mansion drama is interesting because both the mother and son are making U-turns. Yu-seless chose Yake over our girl in the most inhumane way, only to pine after her again. And then there is Madame Yu, who sympathises with her DIL by playing the "WE ARE ALL WOMEN" card, only to send a concubine to her son a few episodes later. They are all making U-turns🙃🙃🙃

I love how in recent episodes clown queen Yake is getting well fried, roasted, grilled, and barbecued to the max. 💅 That is my kind of stress release. Bwahaha...💃💃

Yeah,😭😭😭 We've seen more curtains than kisses between the leads. They often zoom in on random ass objects like oil lamps or wine cups instead of the couple. 🤪🤪🤪 I feel like POJ was a rare gem of a drama that only comes around once in a blue moon. These straight leads need to start eating each other like BL couples. 😌😌😌 I mean, what is actually stopping them? Is it censorship, their crazy ass fans, or are they genuinely shy? Some dramas miss out on great opportunities to show the leads' feelings through romantic kisses and playful cuddles. Give me that!!! 😩😩😩
