the fact is 2 melons / rumors cannot co exist. there’s a strong melon that Xu Kai is collaborating with ZLS. from what I gather this rumored FL is not on good terms with Yu Zheng. filming expected to be announced in August which somehow coincides with Xu Kai contract expiry month.
the rumored character of the FL is plastic surgeon and all of a sudden Xu Kai in his recent interview wants to play a DOCTOR 🤣

If his favorite artiste can leave, the one that enjoyed the most favor from him, the. xu Kai can and will leave amicably.

he already said this last year during a live broadcast. he also said in that same live broadcast that xu kai didn’t sign to join yi ou chun set but kai kai joined the crew fews days later .. so take anything he says with a grain of sand.

but he alao posted that of some other artistes. Did he say anything in particular or people are just speculating. I don’t think Xu Kai will renew. Even if he does no biggie. perhaps he now has more bargaining power. even though the supposed bargaining power could still be rendered useless by a manipulative boss.
