All those years he didn't make a move was sure because he didn't want to be out of a job but also there was no one that liked Seiji and here comes Japan. When Ken saw Khem coming from where Wela was he was suspicious and found out that they are breaking rule 5. That's when I think he got the nerve up to want to go head to head with Japan for Seiji's heart. Probably thinking if they can do it then so can I.
Everybody breaking that rule... even Freya and I think its really hypocritical of her to lay down such importance on that rule and she's sneaking around breaking it herself.

I just don't see Seiji wanting to get with him. I could feel the awkwardness from the last ep when those two girls told him they was shipping him and Ken as a couple. Ken can see that Seiji is liking Japan. Those looks he was dishing out as Seiji was texting back and forth with Japan 🤣🤣🤣🤣
I don't see what he can do to change Seiji feelings.
