Hospitals are notorious for not having enough staff especially at night and on the weekends at least the ones in Memphis was. They will work you till there's nothing left. I did come to a point where I reached my limit. At the time I wanted to stay in the field and went into the management side of it and after we decided to try for another child I was pretty much done after our youngest daughter was born.
