It is understandable for you to think so. I think he wants to be loved by someone. I think HS will always love SJ, but not as strongly as he used to. When he tried talking to SJ, he was hurt by her rejection. If he knew she rejected him because of NY, he would get annoyed by NY. He feels suffocated because she only wants his attention on her. Even when they were friends, she made most of the plans, and he just went along with them. She is taking away his freedom to choose what he wants to do. Remember, Ma Ri was an absentee mom. His living environment was so toxic that he stayed away from home for 10 years.
NY is also working hard to be what each of her new family needs, but this will only backfire. Once they realize what she tells them isn't true, she will lose their respect.

That is so true. She burned a lot of bridges. Even now , NY is trying to rush Ma Ri to clear out her son’s room. She is showing her lack of empathy for Ma Ri and Hyun Sung.
Jang Su threatened to Divorce Yun Ja if she doesn't testify. I think everyone should not worry about HS's feeling for Su Ji. He is over her but remember they were good friends. He misses their friendship. Just like in the preview he had drinks with U ri, it i the brother conncetion that is strong, HS is pulled to go talk to him about his feelings.

Su Ji will become SY legal daughter real soon. I am so happy for her. I am glad her wishes will come true. Once the adoption get cancelled, Soo Kyung will stop being afraid of standing up for herself. Because Korean believe in respecting their parents and following their orders. SK had difficulty saying no and defending herself out of fear. Now the fear will be gone replacing that fear with the love she will recieve from Courtyard family. Soo Kyung will have more freedom to say No! when or if Yun Ja asks for help in the future.
What I wish can happen , if this drama is supposed to be a family drama. Ma Ri healing process of healing will be through Soo Kyung and Seo Young. This I believe is imperative for her healing process. SY understand her pain and will never fight back when Ma Ri lashes out. SY will bring up the fact for the past 30 years the men in her life have not been supportive enough. She needed support instead of avoidance.
At some point , I thought maybe HW may actually be Jin Tae biological son and that is where the misunderstanding started. But Now I just don’t know what to think. I think Jin Tae action was cruel. I have not seen him really mourn the loss of HW. Is the reason he got over his grief so quickly is because he did not care for HW?? Is it because HW was not his biological son? But in flashbacks he seemed so happy with HW and loved the fact HW favorite toy was the ambulance car.
At this scene, NY thought HW and HS don’t resemble each other. I really hate when people want try to find resemblance between siblings. Does it really matter if they resemblance each other ? I don’t think so. As long as their parents love them their appearance should not matter. This also reminded me of Glass Mask , a daily Korean drama where the two female lead were actually sister, Twin Sister in fact and they did not look like each other one bit.
