I think it's overhyped in Reddit as well, it made me left the subreddit due to sea of PoJ posts. I'll rejoin there once the hype fades away.

Does this get any better? I am on 15th episode and nothing interesting happens and my patience is running out. I've started to this drama because i loved Nirvana in Fire but at least Nirvana in Fire had its interesting moments after ep 20 but this one is just a boring series with lots of dialogue, it feels like i am wasting my time. Should i keep watching or give up?

Most likely, it’s going to be a slice of life type of medical drama similar to Hospital Playlist or Doctor Slump rather than Dr. Romantic, where the hospital setting and medical genre is the main focus.

I don’t know. I watched the first four episodes so far. The first episode was definitely interesting, but the later episodes dragged on and just didn’t click with me. It was a real disappointment imo.

Btw I'd LOVE to see more romantic scenes between Ji Chang Wook and Pyo Ye Jin, they had a great chemistry! I am saying this as a person who is not into romance genre at all.

Oh, i miss Empress Ki so much. I was anticipating Queen Woo would be epic as much as Empress Ki but i was mistaken. Such a huge disappointment.😭

Yeah she looks great in all hair colors and styles however her Flashback era was iconic imo.
