Uncomfortable
The story is a bit convoluted with two parallel storylines, the actors’ relationship (toxic) and the characters’ relationship (toxic).
The acting is mediocre at best and the chemistry absent. But the reason I dropped is because it’s so Wang Yibo/ Xiao Zhan coded it’s to watch like one of those sleazy AI edits.
Same hairstyles, clothes and the actors were chosen for their passing resemblance from certain angles (not their skills). It’s too obvious for it to be a coincidence. Wherever you stand on the WYB/XZ ship, it’s cringeworthy and uncomfortable.
