I don't see myself as an emotional drama watcher but I legit ugly cried when I first watched it, it brought out the most emotions in me than any other story I've come across. My mom too--she's an avid drama fan and introduced this drama to me years ago. I was honestly surprised at how hard I cried at this one, definitely one of the most underrated dramas I've ever seen.

Reading my comment again I definitely think I rushed into comparison mode. I get where you're coming from and I thought about the tropes but I guess the setting and introduction of time travel here automatically reminded me of Dark, especially since I went into Alice blind. I'll definitely give it another shot because it deserves one.

I just started watching and I’m sorry but does no one realize the uncanny similarities between this kdrama and the Netflix show Dark? I’m guessing the writers took the key components from dark and made a kdrama out of it. With the radiation, scientist, book, everything looks like the Korean version of dark. And going back in time to give birth. I think I’ll pass on this drama since Dark has made every other time travel series inferior lol. Nothing can beat Dark for me...
