I did watch it until I dropped at episode 4 because I've watched a lot of c-drama to know what she is going to be written as a character, usually I gave a drama a chance but I just can't with this one...maybe it's just not my cup of tea and I'm just giving my opinion about the character that was written like that.But to whoever loves a cute love hate romance then this is for you because the chemistry is good in here.

I mean like,why can't you just gives us a good friendship drama and powerful leads a good endings miss writer?!,I loved her other works but this one was such a roller coaster ride that I actually hated the writer so much for wasting a good plot and characters just to give that kind of ending?!!! this could've been such a great drama if it weren't for that kind of b*llsh*t ending!!!😤
this was a very solid drama👍🏻loved the trio for this series,we have the clingy ex girlfriend(ah fei),the cute puppy(duobing) and the guy that's actually doesn't need any protection but always getting overprotective by the two😆the cases were very interesting but the plot twist at the end seems like a makjang story but the dynamic between the three were so good that you only notice a few flaws in the drama but i think they should shorten the episodes because it was a little dragging at the end.overall if you wanna see bromance and interesting cases then this is for you but the ending will leave you wanting for more😉
all I can say is this is a solid drama 10/10 would recommend! every characters were fresh and each of them stand out on their own..if you're looking for a fun drama then this is it but the second half may give you bucket full of tears,overall this is definitely a good drama to watch.

I agree on your opinion about the Bo-re's life but they could've cut a few scenes and put the scenes that matter in other episodes because some scenes were unnecessary for me,overall loved the drama♥️
welp after finishing this drama,I have to say....the costumes are very exquisite! the production team really outdone themselves👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 as for the plot,it was a solid story but it kinda got draggy(I'm talking about you Bo-re's life)but overall I kinda see why people loved it and why it broke such records because the chemistry between the leads were phenomenal and they look very natural...again I would like to give a round of applause to whoever did the styling and makeup for LYX as the fully demon god not with the crown but the one where he is in his throne with the red eyes because that was the hottest i've seen LYX is in a xianxia drama..I give this a solid 8 because this could've been a 36 episodes without the long flash back.

I can see why people loved this drama but for me it's a bit overrated.If you're searching something that has the same vibe as The Story of Ming Lan than this might be the drama your looking for;The things that I didn't like was the FL selfishness,idiocy and her stubborness second was the useless misunderstanding and last one was the dragging of the drama.But if you're a fan of the leads I highly recommend this story to you.
man this movie had so much potential but the writing were so bad and a lot of illogical scenes makes this movie terribly executed! The directions for this movie and the action scenes were awesome! but the editing and the writing were so horrible that I skip to only see the end of this movie and luckily I don't need to watch the whole story because man am I gonna get rage seeing the scenes and the dialogue were really bad! For me personally I think they shouldn't killed the psycho's boyfriend because when they were together the literally stole the scenes! I mean it's hard enough to see a psycho couple in a chinese movie or drama because they tend to sugarcoat it or just make the character really bland or killed them earlier before the drama even started.So for me this was such a waste of my time!

watched this without any expectations and end up loving it! No regrets! I think this is one of a few drama that I've seen that the ML saw the FL as an equal to him.One thing I don't like is the political and the power struggle of the plot but thank god there's the ff button ;) definitely recommend to people who's looking for a powerful couple in a drama(✷‿✷)
I've seen a few of his drama's and he nailed every character that was given but I feel like I wanna see him playing a villain but slap the fl personality in kdrama it's okay to not be okay,put him in a historical costume and gave him a smoky eye or guy liner makeup then voilã you got a one hot villain...just my opinion though¯\_(ツ)_/¯

to the people who's asking if it's better than Joy Of Life I would say J.O.F was better because even though this has such strong plot the pacing for this is kinda slow for me but don't let my opinion make you dropped this drama because I promised you this drama has such interesting story,the comedic aspect of the drama and the strong connections of everyone in the story as well as the Xu's family bond including the adoptive children's of Xu Xiao's,every character is useful! If you're looking for romance then this isn't the one for you because honestly I don't find any romantic chemistry between the leads because all I see them are just siblings arguing instead of a romantic interest of each other but dang the plot is just too good for you to give this drama up! so I would totally recommend to anyone who is interested in the plot(◠‿◕)
