I also really like this episode, especially the development of Judy and Bha-Mee BUT, the thing is, Bha Mee could…
Pah is the cutest of the bunch.

My goodness, such a big fan base for Sam and Yo. I am part of it too and I hope their story is filled out more so they too become a couple. The fantasy aspect of this series is, however, a bit farfetched for my taste, even though I'm quite used to it now. Despite Sun's fiancé entering the picture, I'm sure Sarin has nothing to worry about as Sun is smitten with him, though that won't stop him until Sun puts his fears to rest.

If GMMTV is the best production company for often mindless, fluffy BL romcoms, one31 on the other hand is the winner for full-blooded, exciting BL dramas and 'Century of Love' upholds the tradition. From one episode to the next, it's edge-of-the-seat action and suspense. The giveaway for who had the real stone was of course that it glowed while Wee was holding it and didn't while Miss Wad was, so we know he is the true incarnation of her. So now it's once again San to the rescue and on from there to the finish line.

I've always had a soft spot for Latte, he's such a sweetie, and he's done wonders for Almond. As for Peak, he does have his failings but you just have to live with them. However, he has found happiness with Thanwa, which brings us to the long anticipated confrontation with Peak's father and his marriage to Jane, which went much better than anyone expected. That being done with, it is now Jane who is about to throw a spanner in the works and has been so supportive and understanding of Peak. Why on earth has she decided to do it at this point? Fortunately, it will all be resolved, happily I expect, in the next and final episode.

For me, that was possibly the best sports-themed BL series I've ever seen because it had so much more than basketball within the screenplay to get one's adrenalin rushing. The emotional highlight of the final episode was the scene midmatch when Zen and Ryu had their heart-to-heart to ensure they played their best while Ryu was still coming to terms that Zen was leaving for Phuket and after their hug, Ryu kissed Zen on the cheek - just the sort of audacious but loving gesture one would expect from him. As noted elsewhere, the ending was a bit rushed and Zen's unexplained return after three months was created solely to make for a happy ending so the two boys could continue to be together (nothing to complain about, though). Altogether, an excellent series.

Why did it end there? 😭😭😭
Because in the best of tradition of cliffhangers, this was one is a doozy.

As far as I'm concerned, this series is no better and no worse than many BL series coming out of Thailand, however it's a solid effort with likeable and attractive characters and an interesting storyline. If people are going to give up on it just because it doesn't meet their strict value system as to what is or is not worth watching, that's entirely up to them, but it's their loss. I feel it is worth watching and I'm enjoying it for what it is so that's good enough for me.

Title Bad Guy
The tall guy who is also the bad guy is incredibly attractive and rather irresistible so it's no wonder that Jinwoo finds himself in a dilemma regarding his feelings for him. At the end of each episode, one is asked to join the production company to see the uncut version but I wonder how much more we'll see and whether it's worth it.

Interesting you should say that. Years ago I recall a series in which someone had done just that which was very helpful but I can't remember the name of it.

He was trying to leave the brothel but I guess the women endorsed him so much that he had to stay.
He's just weak-willed and easily persuaded.

On My Love Mix-Up! Jul 21, 2024
I gather that in the original manga which this series is based on, the teacher was homophobic so GMMTV made him gay which I thought he was when he called the two boys in to talk to them and gave them a look that said 'I understand your situation'. This seemed just right to me as he could tell the two boys were struggling with first love and didn't think it was right to intervene, nor would the boys spontaneously reveal it to a teacher. However, when Atom discovers that he is gay, the decision for the change makes it seem right so the boys' romance can resume and gives Atom the courage to announce that he and Kongthap are boyfriends to their friends, which is handled brilliantly as they look around waiting for a response after what seems like an eternity and the head boy says, "Finally, you two decide to tell us" and they all cheer. This unqualified acceptance makes it special even though it's probably unlikely in real life.

On Meet You at the Blossom Jul 20, 2024
This is one terrific show, unlike any I've seen before in terms of the story. As an English speaker, I don't have a problem with the dubbing which I barely notice, nor the costumes and jewellery. Indeed, it doesn't look like a cheap production to me. The developing love between the two MLs is also unlike any I've seen. That plus all the subplots that move the action along make this really interesting and having two episodes per week is a bonus.

Vee is adorable and has the most winning smile combined with a bubbly personality. San is doing his best not to succumb to the boy's charms but with two wet dreams on record, it appears to be a losing battle. Chen is never going to come up with a female descendant of Miss Wad and furthermore the right person has to occur under specific circumstances, and I'm also sure he's the one that repeatedly stabbed Vee, though how he survived that will certainly be interesting.

Also the music is amazing. The mix of old classic and modern tunes, I love it. They're picking the songs to each…
I'm in the fortunate position of having Chromecast which allows me to display the video on my TV which in turn is hooked up to my hifi so I get full-on 5 channel Dolby stereo sound. As far as I'm concerned, it's the only way to watch all videos, with superb picture and sound on a big screen.

Oh my goodness. The sheer drama of it all. After the sudden and unexpected demise of Toss (the gang boss) and his henchmen from Q's gun (a most welcome development - always good to see a psychopath get his comeuppance), his next scene with Ryu and Zen was heart-moving and brought tears to my eyes. Just wow.

I sort of feel sorry for Atom, he really is into Zen and has no chance.I expected the boss would be eliminated,…
Atom will not have a future with Zen for as we saw, his father said they're going to move elsewhere. As for Toss (the gang boss), he's a psychopath and disregards what anyone else wants in order to purse his endless ambition to make money come what may. His sudden demise along with his henchmen is a blessing and finally frees up Ryu to be a normal school kid and play basketball with Zen and the others. A great outcome.

Title We Are
A series that gazes at a group of boys all attending the same university who are all friends and eventually pair off to become boyfriends. There was lots of art and many bouquets of flowers. The last episode was essentially a frenzy of short kissing scenes. All up, pleasant enough with no toxicity or real drama to speak of.

I'll wager that Fort and Peat will take out the trophy for Best BL Couple of 2024 and probably Best Kissing Scenes too. The endearing nature of their relationship is that the confidence of Mahsamut compliments the insecurities of Tongrak so when Mut asks Rak if he can hug him and does so without waiting for a reply, it feels so right - he buries his head in Mut's warm chest while wrapping his arms around him like he's found his security blanket. If two people are truly meant for each other it's these two. I do not doubt that Mut will succeed in making Rak love him and once he does he'll feel all the better about himself for it.
