Loved the OST! I found the series drawing me in more with each episode. What stood out most to me was the emotional weight of the story the sheer torture of losing both parents while still trying to please them until the very end. The series does a great job of showing the pressure of conforming to societal expectations, and the years of physical and emotional abuse dealt by the one you love the most.
I'm not exactly a Lu Feng stan. While I understand his character and the circumstances that shaped him I don't personally feel that he's fully redeemed. That said, he was definitely a compelling character to watch.
I also really liked the side characters. They brought so much warmth and care to the story, and their own arcs were lovely. I only wish they had been given more time to shine because there was a lot of potential there. Overall loved it!
"make our days count" is definitely reinforced, especially at the end showing that life can be very fragile and short and cherish it while we can because its not promised.
Really enjoyable, it explored of the struggles faced by individuals with hearing disabilities in todays society, highlighting the challenges of communication and the feeling of isolation. It showcased how romance can be a bridge for the gap between people with and without disabilities, showing that understanding, connection, and empathy can overcome these barriers, which i really enjoyed seeing a fresh perspective of different people and how they live. However, while the bromance was just based on sincerity , the progression of the romance feels somewhat lacking, as it could have delved deeper into the emotional growth and development of its characters.
