Honestly…I’m relieved. I don’t mind a repentance story, but I don’t love when they pretend something isn’t as bad as it is. For a bit I thought they were trying to downplay the horrors of gang life.

I agree. Also…there’s this thing where I keep wondering if she had been a different person would he have killed her. Which… has me kind of…hesitant to like him.

I was hoping that was the case. I don’t mind cold or uninterested, but I prefer hostility to be more on a realistic level. To many times have I watched a show where the male lead tries or succeeds in crushing the female lead, acts a little cute, and is completely forgiven. If a show is going to go that route I want him to suffer trying to win her over. Or the female lead completely moving on and the male lead having to completely change before she will treat him with any familiarity. (If anyone knows of one like this I’m open for suggestions). I much prefer the way modern dramas are going. Either realistic in behavior, or having a realisitc reaction to the awful.

Is the male lead mean or toxic? Just curious if I should be expecting boys over flowers or not.

I’m a little disappointed, I wish they would’ve played up his early villainous tendencies. I forgot what he tired to do to her in the beginning before he knew it was her and started sympathizing with him.

I was wondering if anyone could explain her anger towards her first husband to me? I’m about halfway through and I haven’t nailed down her perspective and thought process.

I know this is a highly subjective question, but is the male lead unlikeable in this? I am seeing a lot of comments that make me wonder.

When a comic artist drops from #1 to #2 do they really threaten to drop them?

I’m only on episode 2, but I’ve got a question. Do people really fall for someone that they’ve found irritating? I’ve seen it in so many dramas, and I just can’t imagine it. I can imagine quit being annoyed with someone, but I can’t imagine that drastic of a shift. (From finding them annoying to finding them romantic).

I’m curious, can anyone think of any dramas where the person who was left behind has completely moved on. Like, “we were just kids” moved on? I don’t mind the getting together, but sometimes I like to see a different reaction in a drama. I remember when serendipities embrace came out and the ex returned and she had moved on… that was a nice contrast to the true beauty sort of trope. I sometimes like to watch contrasting dramas.

In my region it’s on prime.
