Trueee this story is pretty dark...like some scenes can be pretty brutal but still everyones acting superb. And also, am I the only one that feels that ending is a bit rush?

Actually, may i ask for the cantonese version, did raymond lam and janice man do the dubbing for their own character?

I agree, what a weird storyline but I still fine it pretty enjoyable for a change. Storyline is fast paced and actors acts really well. Might watch again some time in the future.

So far loving this show but there seem to be something a bit lacking in modern ultraman shows including this one, in my opinion. Its romance...if a show has no romance, it makes watching less enjoyable. Just my opnion, hope you all dont mind.

This show is definitely a different one. I had finish up to episode 7. So far the storyline is great and unique but also a bit predictive in some parts AND some interesting guest appearance. The cast of this show is fresh, less repeating actors and more new people in it. Still, i do see a good number of people disliking this drama. Hopefully as times go by, we start seeing more returning to this drama. Also cant wait to see how the love relationship between Linda and Kevin, Kenneth and Catherine, and Him and Bowie blossom.

Thats true, the two of them did dissapear on episode 40ish and never to be seen again. My feelings is same as yours too, angry and dissapointed 😂. One more thing is, at least 2013 version put on a good fight at the last episode when they try to rescuw qiao feng but the 2021....no comment

Ohh really? Wow, i gotta give 2003 a try then. True, i also felt very uncomfortable with the 2013 ending too. But if you watch the 2021 adaptation, im sure you...uh you just have to see for yourself the ending...its quite unique..

Yea, i read that too in the website, but so far based on past adaptations i watch, duan yu only chose yuyan(90s version) or mu wan qing(2013 version). Also, I didnt read the novel so this..im not sure how it ended up in the novel.
