To be honest, I don't understand how there as many negative reviews on this as there is.

I personally finished this series in a few days and it was a new look on 'zombies'. It kept me wanting more by the end of each episode. Take for granted that the first 2-3 episodes were a bit slow, but once it got up and running, it kept me wanting more.

Of course with any zombie or horror movie, you're sitting there and thinking "what are you doing?!" and you think that the characters choices are so stupid. I love a good zombie movie or series where they actually acknowledge that there are zombies. The characters aren't clueless to what a zombie is and they have good strategies.

I think that Cheong San should have lived and On-Jo's dad. After everything they went through, only for them to wind up dead in the end really got me. Gwi Nam was on a whole other level with the determined mission to kill Cheong San. It's like he became 'immortal' and then he was just so intent on getting revenge. He was a bully, even in a zombie apocalypse he was still determined to be finish off as a bully.

I also found to be really funny that 3 characters who wind up being asymptomatic are characters with no real purpose. I mean, Nam Ra wound up being a good character in the end, but what about the other strong characters? You have Gwi Nam, which was just a bully who apparently deserved to been immune to actually becoming a zombie. Then you had the girl who was being bullied. Only for her to wind up being a total nuisance in the end. A few characters I found there was no real purpose to them, except to maybe add a little bit more of a story. The assemblywoman was a bit confusing to me as I found there to be no real use to her character.

It was a beautiful story

This was my first 'Boys over Flowers' adaptation that I watched. I was hooked on the first episode.

The relationship between Dao Ming Si and Dong Shancai was phenomenal, although I wish there had been more 'drama' in it. The acting was amazing, but I know a few scenes had left me wanting more. From the very first 'date' when Dao Ming Si was waiting in the rain for Shancai had me in all of my feels. From that moment, you could tell that he was already starting to fall for her.
I love a good enemies to lovers story, and this one certainly took that cake to new standards. I felt every emotion that the characters felt and the entirety of the story was beautifully done.

Although, some people will say they didn't like the ending, I found myself to enjoy it very much. I love that they had written in that they had gotten married and the way that Dao Ming Si's mother had became accepting of them, it was an un-expecting surprise to see.

To be honest though, the whole Caina storyline was a bore to me. I wanted to skip every scene.

It was cute, but lacked in some areas

Now don't get me wrong when I say that this drama was absolutely amazing. But unfortunately, I feel like it lacked in some areas or was dragged out a bit. I loved watching every second of this drama, but I couldn't help but think of how it could of ended 3 or 4 episodes beforehand.

Im Sol and Seon Jae's relationship was absolutely the cutest, but I kept thinking I felt sorry for Tae Sung. There was just something about him that made me feel like Im Sol could have had a better relationship with him. Although, when Im Sol chose to change the past by never meeting Seon Jae, then it seems like Tae Sung's future had changed for the better as well. So I guess it wasn't such a total loss.

The one thing I loved about this drama was that Im Sol didn't keep it a secret entirely that she was from the future. But it would have been so much better if she had told Seon Jae a long time ago. Then maybe they wouldn't have kept dealing with the same thing over with him being confused with how Im Sol truly felt about him..

It would have been SO MUCH BETTER if Im Sol was able to just tell Tae Sung and Seon Jae about the kidnapper. I know she wasn't able to talk about certain facts and such, but there truly wasn't any reason why she was keeping them in the dark so much. Seon Jae and Im Sol could have had a better future if she had been honest about everything (that she could explain of course) and there wouldn't have been so much pain and constant change of events.

I loved this drama.
But I can't stop thinking that it could have been so much better if they changed a few things and it would have been a complete masterpiece.
