A delight to watch!
A successful directorial debut. A great film made on a shoe-string budget with beautiful scenery and funny, light hearted moments. This is a motivational documentary for anyone who has ever been bullied. Zhang Zhe Han is as talented in front of the camera as behind it. His situation at large reminds me of German Lutheran pastor Martin Niemöller’s words. More people in the entertainment industry should speak up and speak out against cyber bullying. Here is Niemöller’s translated words in poem form at the US Holocaust Memorial Museum:
First they came for the socialists, and I did not speak out because I was not a socialist.
Then they became for the trade unionists, and I did not speak out because I was not a trade unionist.
Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out, because I was not a Jew.
Then they came for me - and there was no one left to speak for me.
