Its Pavelpooh!!!! Its more exciting!!! He put in insta story
Either way, I'm ok as long as it's a good show and it makes sense for the storyline. I don't know the novel, and I watched the pilot like a year ago, so I can't remember the details or the dynamics between the characters. I'm waiting to be surprised βΊοΈ

It's kind of a dumb practice, but the "top" in the relationship is always named first in the ship name. So before it was PoohPavel (PitBabe), now it's PavelPooh. Guess that should tell you what their dynamic will be in this show π. But that's how it is for all couples as far as I can tell.
I love this show, bought VIP on YouTube and everything, but I still have a few things to point out, since criticism…
You know what? I agree with you for pretty much everything you said. I also love this show but, of course, it does have its weak spots like every other series out there. It also really bothered me that they didn't seem to have a deep talk about all their problems and misunderstandings.
WSW said some really harsh things during the breakup that clearly crushed CC. And CC kissing WS, as well as all the other misunderstandings that they never cleared up was also very strange.
Not to mention how WSW kept assuming the worst without actually seeing any evidence of infidelity other than the forced kiss between WS and CC. They got back together, and that's great, but they didn't address and reflect on the the bad things that went wrong, not apologize to eachother? It's like they're ignoring all of that and taking the whole "forgive and forget" practice the wrong way. I know he has his reasons, but regardless, I hate how WSW treated CC during this angst period and when they become up. Their breakup wasn't like their past fights where they stop talking for a fews days. It was the real deal, and the way they reconciled, although endearing, felt rushed and kind of cheapens their relationshipand sincerity for me.
However, I do have to disagree with you regarding CC and WSW's charade in EP 20. I was dying of laughter because of the background music. What the hell was that? So funny π€£ππ€£
So this one looks really, really good so far! The aesthetic and atmospheric tone of this show is pretty much exactly what I mean when I say I want more serious looking BLs.
I'm over the overused sound effects, the misplaced RF music that's there just to be there, the lackluster acting, the rainbows & sunshine cheerful cinematography, etc. I still do like those, but I need more SERIOUS. MATURE. BROODING. THRILLING. I need to see these things not only visually (Camera/lighting/filters/colour-palett/color corrections), but also in the plot, acting, and screenplay as well. Nothing too crazy just something basic like what we see here, and it's very refreshing. GMMTV should take notes or have a sub-division dedicated to producing shows like this one.
It's just the teaser, but it's got me really excited, so hopefully the show will follow through. I also love that Offroad's character seems to be morally gray and quite villainess himself instead of the typical hot bodyguard protecting the bratty heir plot we always get with these kinds of stories. All the characters seem to hate each other and Offroad's seems to be kind of a dick, but also powerful and capable in his own right instead of the typical damsel, which I love and appreciate. It's different, so his and Daou's character dynamic should be interesting. Let's see π
dude, I'm sure everyone paid attention. The problem is, after My Golden Blood, even more people are apprehensive…
Ya me too. But I just want one serious vamp show. No comedy, no silliness, no gimmicks, just good old-fashioned lust-driven, hedonistic, dark-romance, gritty, gothic fun. Apparently, that's too much to ask for πͺ
dude, I'm sure everyone paid attention. The problem is, after My Golden Blood, even more people are apprehensive…
Actually, I have seen it. And I saw in one of his interviews that it will also be less serious and more of a rom-com than the pilot led on. Another bait and switch tactic that people are pissed about. We'll see how the show really is once, if ever, it's released, but I'm not holding my breath. That's why so many of us are frustrated and rightfully so in this case. I love BounPrem, but coming from the OG pilot to now, the trailer is a bit of a letdown. Hopefully, the show will prove me wrong. I'm still here for them β€οΈ

Ya, but I used MGB as an example because it's the most recently released vamp show, and a lot of people were disappointed with it, so I'm not surprised people are already feeling uneasy about this one. A lot liked MGB, but a lot also didn't. Plus, there isn't one serious vampire show, so would it really kill someone to create a show about vampires that actually has a serious, gothic tone, as is what is expected when you typically think about vampires? A huge percentage of the BL fandom has been asking for it for years, but there's nothing. That's too hard. Plus, again, it's GMMTV. And I'm sorry, but "My Broccoli" is a stupid ass title. If anything, it's a joke or a working title; people didn't really take it seriously, right? I don't care who was supposed to direct it.
idk why everyone is so upset that this has comedy elements? that doesn't make it a full blown comedy show and…
dude, I'm sure everyone paid attention. The problem is, after My Golden Blood, even more people are apprehensive because a lot of us want is a vampire-diares like show in terms of tone and atmosphere. We saw the trailer, we paid attention. But even the smallest inkling of comedic effects/affects steers it towards being another MGB letdown. People's worries are valid. It is GMMTV after all, it seems they are incapable of producing and delivering full-blown serious shows. However, If people are already bashing the show, then that's not cool. I'm still willing to give it a chance and I am still hopeful. I'm also slightly worried, especially after most of us waited so long and I'm sure a lot of viewers are still stung from their POV of TNP as well. That's just my take. π€·π½πͺ
So did Tada die in the past life, or what? Was that his reset? If so, why doesn't he remember like Armin does and act as though certain moments and Armin's death are Deja Vu? Does he believe his past life, where Armin died, was a horrible dream? Maybe he already said that, I don't know. I may have missed some stuff, so I'm still a bit confused.
Fair reaction, this arc definitely reflects WSW's flaws as a character-- however, it is also worth noting that:1.…
I agree with everything you just said. But, if that's the case with WSW and not trusting CC's words, what's the point of being in a relationship then?
Plus, he keeps on making ASSUMPTIONS without actual proof or seeing things with his very eyes, other than the kiss that looked pretty forced, even from his angle. He feel like he sees what he wants to see, and it's like he sees the worst in CC right now. Yes, CC is lying to him, am we, as the audience knows why, but there are also other explanations as to why he is lying to WSW. I'm trying to look at this from WSW'S perspective, mind you.
That's also something I find annoying about him. At this point, is saying enough is enough.
Or, if I were WSW, I'd at least use my scheming talents to get back at WS, tenfold instead of practically allowing him to slowing destroy my relationship. That's just me though lol π

Ya, I totally get and fully understand his insecurities. I understand where they stem from, and I know CC isn't innocent in this either but I know he has his reasons too. I know the situation is complicated, but I feel like both guys are making it more complicated then it needs to be, as well as, allowing someone else to make their relationship even messier in the process.
But this is all the more reason why I find WSW even more infuriating right now and that communication is even more important.
I do appreciate that he isn't being portrayed as perfect because that makes him realistic and relatable. But still. What happened to the great communication he had with Chi Cheng a few episodes ago? Now that WS is in the picture, shouldn't communication be even more prevalent?
At some point, and soon, someone's gotta grow a backbone and start the conversation(s). Both are letting an outsider interfere in their personal lives a little too easily, in my opinion. Plus, WS is so obviously threatened, so of course he is going to be a manipulative, scheming menace.
I just thought WSW would have prepared for WS's arrival better considering how he started off in the show and his knowledge of Chi Cheng's unresolved feelings regarding him. So ya, WSW going into this downward spiral is infuriating to watch.
After reading so many negative comments about TNP, all I can say is: I hope you guys are nicer to Khemjira than you are about this. My God, I'm worried about that show now π€
Whether he's leaving or not, I wouldn't have said anything until AFTER the show is over. Now his alleged impending departure will be in the back of people's minds, and they may not be able to enjoy the series 100%. I don't know why you felt the need to dish out this irrelevant information, it kind of spoils the mood for some.
