Coming here after finishing it: LOVED it, I absolutely loved this! I haven't loved a kdrama like this in years. When I was first read news of this I was like "sounds like some nonsense, why would the actress chose this script" but omg I can't believe how good this show was! I loved how it was able to keep the flow up right until the end, I barely ever skipped! I loved how they integrated their powers/quirks, and I really mean all the scenes of them training or fighting (especially the final fight) were never dull and they always found a hilarious and logical way to make use of their skills (how they made even sticky hands useful in the final fight!). (The scene of the gravity guy trying to kill strength guy and them ending up with the clapping sequence, I was ROFL, or the scene when we see how caffeine affects FL, absolutely hilariously and creatively shot. ALSO on that topic: that caffeine jelly brand hit a gold mile with their product being integrated to the plot like this, really smart move of marketing team).
I do think there is some plot hole in terms of how the ML is gonna survive now/why he is fine? And the plot with him betraying FL the aftermath was written weakly because last time we see FL there is a sense of urgency and dread meanwhile we're spending half of the next episode of them gathering together and forming a plan, logically by that time she would have been already dead but it was nothing that ruined the story or was bothering too much.
All in all, this was genuinely such a delight and joy to sit through, I forgot what being absorbed and enamored with a story felt like! You can tell people really put a lot of good work and effort into it.
Idol stans are either 12y olds or stuck at the developement of a 12y. She wouldn't even give you 100$ if you wrote…
The point is that stanning is undignified behaviour and even if you did need the 100$, she wouldn't give it to you but you're gushing over her and giving her the most valuable thing in your life (your time).
You said it!There are very few dramas on this level, and ever since getting a taste of them I can't sit through…
On the top of my head One Spring Night, The interest of love, and other works from the same writer as this one (my liberation notes, my mister, another miss oh)
I found 6 accounts in the comment section that were all created on May 10 And the fascinating part is that all…
It's not weird, nor the gotcha you think it is. I myself have made accounts only to yap and later deleted them. You can't seem to fathom people have actual lives outside of curating online accounts
Here we go again! Attak of the Global chemistry experts! 10s` and 100s` million of people loved this drama, loved…
Idol stans are either 12y olds or stuck at the developement of a 12y. She wouldn't even give you 100$ if you wrote her today for all the stanning you did for her, couldn't care less if you live or die, get a real life
I wonder what they're gonna do with 4 episodes left; I guess some time skips to show the progress/results of his movie being made or Ax becoming successful.
This drama has amazing dialogues and amazing lines. It is a profound philosophical discourse typically through…
You said it! There are very few dramas on this level, and ever since getting a taste of them I can't sit through others. It seems every other drama that comes out has been created by the same person, the language, the characters, the plot, are all the same and it's all so unbearable, it feels like an insult to your intelligence. There is no profound message, or depth to any of the characters, they just look good, camera zooms in on them when they're talking as if they know they're performing, and they feel as if they're emotionally 14 year olds. Even if my eyes closed, I can predict the plot, the script, the lines from them. They do not feel as if the creators really put in any effort into them and just created some quick crash grab by ticking some trope boxes.
They haven’t really dived into her story, but she’s probably feeling she has superpowers
uhm I don't think so, this is not that type of genre. If you're talking about the scenes hinting at her glare being followed by sth bad happening to someone else, I think that was more of a play/messing with audience
can anyone explain to me what eun-a meant when she said she feels like she could defeat them now that she saw their weakness? I felt it was off..she sees their weakness when they're witnesses to her humiliation? if she feels she can defeat them then why it is it said like it's a bad thing?
I did personally get it when she said how life was enjoyable when she was in love but afterwards she realized that everything is the same, all the bad things are the same. I felt that in my life; to me it wasn't love but whenever I would find things that I would absorb, could get obsessed about to the point life felt sth else but then after its effect took off the things I had ran away from where still there and I had to face them.
All in all I love the words in this shows, I loved that you are hooked and wanna know what each character says and it resonates with you, it feels interesting. It is rare these days to find media that pays that has genuine good dialogue, sentences. I remember even from My Liberation Notes I had so many gems (sayings of characters) saved on my phone.
The actor is handsome, but the actress has had too much plastic surgery, it's hard to look at her.
the replies to this are hilarious. people are incapable of handling reality. she does look weird especially if you have been used to her prior dramas, but saying a simple fact is like walking on eggshells now. ya'll need to get a life srsly.
Why are all 3 things Kim Da Mi started in this year flops in terms of her character or the story? like bruuuhhhh she was such a promising newcomer, winning several awards. Go Min Si and her had their big roles in the Witch and for some years Kim Da Mi outshined her but Go Min Si caught up and got good roles and delivered diverse and great performances wheres I can't even tell what went wrong with her? The roles she played in Nine Puzzles and 100 hundred memories did not suit her at all and felt weird
I can't get over how freaking weird the ML behaved in the scene where they meet at the grocery store and then follows her. First of all, when they're going home and she realises he is behind her, she starts running and the dude starts running too! Like??? Instead of just continuing normal space and going to his place, he tries to catch up with her. Then she confronts him asking why is he following her and he's like "I live here too, sorry I should have probably taken a different route" no you could have just walked normally and not like a creep?? Then he starts walking alongside her and you can tell she is distraught and creeped out. Then they reach their house and he's like "you live here? " like he doesn't know?? then he pretends to live in her house and smiles like a creep??? "haha sorry I don't live here" bruh NUTJOB. sorry I liked this shows far but I can't stop thinking how weird that interaction was lol
