Both of the dramas were popular but not hits . For example a hit drama is pursuit of jade with 80 M views an episode. Glory and FOF did well but were more hyped internationally than in China. Like everyone was expecting Glory to be like The double type of hit made by yuzheng but it did well, FOF was mostly hype internationally. The only currently hit drama of Guo Jingming is my journey to you, but considering the bad ending , the male leads screen time and gjm being trash , FOF didn’t manage to hit it big
