Why do i get dejavu from the incident in ep1 where the concubine miscarriage .....is it from a manhua or another drama I watched I don't know but i get lots of dejavu while watching ep1..can someone clarify?do u get too?

I really liked the last extra ep. The 12 min was a rare for cdramas, many have rush endings but this was top for me . Please do recommend some with similar ending style or any of your top dramas now that I'm wandering again in search of dramas
