I don't get people who treat love as something transactional or performance-based. A romantic relationship is…
The only problem with this drama so far is she got closer to him purely because of her mom/revenge so the whole setup from the start is just wrong even if she falls for him later.
I am looking forward to when they are adults though when everything is out in the open even if she is gonna hurt him bad before the separation.
Caught up to ep8 i have some mixed feelings so far i feel like they are not portraying her guilt/feeling bad very well so far in the drama, sure she has said she is a bad person/not nice etc but actually showing it not so much.
This will probably change i am hoping when she starts to fall for him more cause so far in the drama it's obvious he likes her but her not so much. They have made her seem like she is only doing it for money so far and not really shown how she feels at all.
Guess the younger era will go on for a few more episodes atleast so things might change.
No it is not just get past the first 2 episodes and it's a cute and funny romcom with 2 main leads that have a great dynamic going while living together they are also very funny and bickering constantly.
The ppl who are interpreting my comment in a dogmatic manner need to watch "my fault" trilogy first then…
also how in the world was dazzling a sister brother angle they met for the first time ever in ep1. it's 2 strangers meeting i am guessing everyone that's in a relationship is a brother sister angle then.
I actually like Zhou Wan from the novel. Yes, she did similar things towards ML but she's very complex character…
I agree with this they have made the ML a much better person in the drama so when later on she says i don't love you and abandons him alot of people are probably not gonna like her.
until now female lead has done nothing harmful to male lead?perhaps in future she will but how big it can be?like…
nah the reason will be she uses him and later on tells him she doesn't love him(which is a lie) then abandons him which causes some serious damage on him for years.
She will regret this and feel alot of guilt for it but i just hope the drama conveys and shows the guilt she will feel for what she did and that they have honest conversations about this cause otherwise people will not like her.
Zhou Wan's mother Lack of Conscience, very materialistic person... but what about Zhou Wan, isn't she doing same…
I feel the same as you and after what happens later when she ditches him completely she better grovel a bit or atleast show some guilt in the future else it is gonna leave a bad taste.
FL's mother abandoned her and married ML's father.
I watched all 4 episodes where was it confirmed that her mom married his dad? i didn't see any confirmation that they are married. Did i miss something?
Watched all 4 episodes and if you get past ep1 it gets a lot better. I am enjoying the main leads so far the bickering and living together is gonna be fun to watch.
Ep1 was not the best but episode 2 was a lot better at least for me on to ep 3. I have a feeling it's gonna get better when it focuses on them living together.
This was an amazing youth drama with so many great metaphors and great character development for many characters. Also the main leads had great chemistry.
I just love stories set in a small place that just focuses on the people there and their lives such a feel good summer drama i loved every second of this drama.
I didnt agree with her deleting his contact like that. that was dumb. no need to argue with me but after all they…
First of all his mom and grandma would never want him to be bogged down there again they want him to study and follow his dreams not be stuck like the last 2 years.
Secondly even if she didn't delete the contact and they could still be in contact how would that change anything he would still want to go after her. I took it as encouragement to not give up on studying and even if it was for her or her wish to be with him we as viewers know that is exactly what he wants anyway.
Some of you are saying that it’s dragging in the high school era, but have you ever watched a Chinese youth…
Yeah it's the same in every high school cdrama they don't start dating until after graduating and most of the story is set in high school since it's a youth story.
to those caught up are they blood related cousins?
Don't need to be caught up for that it's explained in episode 1 and no they are not blood related, they did not grow up together. When they meet in episode 1 they are strangers.
I am looking forward to when they are adults though when everything is out in the open even if she is gonna hurt him bad before the separation.
