I don't think there will be a season 2, it's a clear ending, I prefer this ending that the ending in webtoon. The drama is ok, I like Suzy acting. And ML is one of my fav actors.

So I read another theory, the drama is a dream where FL is seriously injured like the first ep as many already said, in the dream she want to change and found a man who will love her despite her personality like 3ML and she will lose a lot people and at the ending she will wake up and ML will be here, and she will said to ML how she is sorry, and just like that she will die.
