He was going to die anyway so dying on the battlefield is an honorably way to go.

Agree 💯 on all your points!! They really should have cut down a lot of the scenes at the beginning and middle. We hardly get a backstory on the ML, we don’t even know how is late wife died. Then hardly any details on the cult or what their purpose is. Ending was so rushed.

I have never seen anyone move so slow when trying to save someone from a fire!! No sense of urgency!!! girl, get moving!!! Find your man and drag his a$$ out! The dang building is on fire! If I could reach in and slap some sense into her I would lol

So I just read parts of the novel and I’m so disappointed some of the intimate scenes were not incorporated into the drama better. It was so intense and 🔥
