your a genious,you can see the flaw ,others are just arguing not analysing and facing the fact but thats it when she found out the teuth the story fell off it became unnecessary dramatic...i droped it

Yes we have different taste and for me the story is just so so....the love love part was a no for me...the story is actually good for the first 20epsdes the rest were unecesary just hate that led to no where and wasnt valid

Wanyi is my good actor so was here specifically for him,,the drama starts well & storyline is actually good but it was over dragged....repetition of the same content in many episodes so the fact 40 episodes were unecesary,30 were enough😫
Prolonging the issues v the leads it dint need those much episodes to resolves😏
I felt t could have been handled better coz i jumped from ep 19 to ep26 & felt like dint miss anything...
For me its 6/10 but if you like overly dramatic & dragged stories you will like it maybe

Exactly the point,,female lead character wasnt necesary & yet at the begging they show us that there mysteries about her we need to unravel & booom the more the story went the more the story died

This was actually a pointless story😫😫it had a good start but the more it went the more it made no sense! Female lead character felt most useless like she had no life of her own just following others everywhere....she had no part where she felt important so not including a female lead was also okay
Another part that i found not giving is the revenge concept,,murong baring hatred towards the emperor over a son who was suspected of treason?so a general who couldnt even understand patriotism & hes still an army leader😏😏＆the xia brothers just all useless hate that needs no revenge its like characters were all imature infact this movie had no story🙌
Whoever wants to watch the first 20
episodes were fine but the later you dont need it very unecesary
So for me its 6/10
But my question still stands "what was the story about?" If you think it was good

Finally concluded i loved the story fair enough,the chemistry was lit🔥 but i still think the 2nd leads were totally unecesary just unecesary anoying the viewer & 2full episodes of torture towards yichen killed it but anyway i loved the ending more than anything it was a perfct closure not leaving the story hanging

Am watching coroners diary and spotted him😫😫almost shouted after realising its our my own Yiran😅😅hes one good actor indeed....

I skip his scenes for my mental health otherilwise its anoying in every episode every scene....ive neva disliked a character the way i dislike this one😏

Started Watching this for my favourate boys but the first couple is pissing me off 😒hes so attached like nthing else exists to do its kind of annoying

If you like resolving mysteries then this is a must watch though its a slow storyline but its definately good i like the mixture concept of different eras & the mysteries ,,storyline is perfect,,,actors gave us a lit perfomance no annoying scenes or characters😂i definately loved it & recomended 9/10

Have Finished this and indeed lives up to its reputation totaly a masterpiece,,,good storyline, comedy & acting skills were lit though the writer tried hard to give us a happy ending i felt that deaths ofsome characters were too blunt,simple & dint make sense like the mighty qi ming gave us headache through out the whole drama killed countless people just for him to not even archieve half of his main goal🤔😏fell off a palace wall but could end up alive😂😂was overly unecesary not to mention the unecesary hate (audience inclusive)towards wei xiao
But otherwise it was one good work fighting scenes are my favourate
