It isn't problematic. The least court can order if the contract or that clause still exists is to pay some amount but the artist is no longer in the agency with or without that clause. This is fact. That's what she said and if push comes to shove, the court will give order in favour of jjy coz siba is trying to ruin her reputation by being the bully.

For the last time, jjy is free to do any drama she wants. Contract is expired. Siba can't stop her from accepting work or endorsements or even drama releases. The case is in trail. But that doesn't mean artist is under agency. They are already free. So siba can just jump in some well with all the back handed tactics they are playing and youku too for being silent when they are the third popular platform in C-ent and have significant influence.

Let's ask jjy to include youku too in defamation case 😒. They are really asking for it. How many times has this happened and everytime she is getting blamed. Before we even get materials we get siba's statement. I strongly believe someone from yk team is against vos or jjy or GJM or everyone at this point. They stopped birthday posters in Jan. 😒 No materials, no poster, no trailer. GJM should just ask IQIYI to help and release the drama in that platform. I know all this. Yes I blame youku too.. I want them to use their intellegence on siba now like they use on exploiting the artists. They can counter siba for using vos name in their statements. But everyone is silent and the silence is making audience and fans panic. Atleast they should post something about the drama to comfort the fans. But they aren't even doing that.
