On Love on the Menu 4 hours ago
I’ve watched all the episodes that have aired so far, and honestly… I don’t know how long I’m going to survive this 😭. This drama has 50 episodes, and apparently it’s going to end in 2027?? I’m already questioning my life choices 😂.

But so far, I’m really enjoying it. I like the plot, I like the cast, and the acting is really good. The male lead especially is SO good, and I loved him even more in the past scenes. And the female lead… I know some people think she’s too kind or that she does too much for everyone, but did you guys actually listen to what she said? She didn’t want this life. She wanted to have her own life and do her own things, but nobody stepped up, so she had to. She’s the oldest daughter in a family where basically everyone failed her. That’s the downside of being the oldest daughter in this kind of family you end up becoming responsible for everyone, especially the younger siblings. Some people might think her sacrifice is too much, but honestly, there are people in real life who end up living exactly like this.

And when she mentioned wanting money from his family??? GIRL 😭 I was actually happy. Someone is finally doing what everyone else refused to do. She literally warned him before they even started dating: I’m miserable, so being with me will probably make your life miserable too. And this man basically said, okay, let’s go anyway 😭. Now he actually got hurt because of that situation, so she’s like, “You go your way, I’ll go mine.” Girl… I understand you, but PLEASE 😭.

Also, about the theory that her son might actually be her sister’s son… I have two thoughts.

First, maybe it really is true. And if it is, I can already see people saying, “Is she dumb? Why would she raise her nephew just because he’s her sister’s son?” But I’m like… HAVE YOU BEEN WATCHING HER? 😭 She’s kind, she loves her family, and sacrificing herself for them is literally who she is.

But my second thought is that the sister isn’t THAT dumb. She knows herself and knows what’s best for her, so I don’t really see her making that kind of mistake. So for now, I’m keeping both theories open 👀.

AND THE TWINS!!! 😭😭 They’re so cute. I genuinely thought the brother would be full of himself because he’s popular, but he’s actually so caring toward his sister. I love their relationship. They’re adorable.

Now, let’s talk about my ranking of people who make me want to throw my laptop.
1. THE DAD.
Oh my GOD. Every time this man appears on my screen, I want to punch him 😭. I’m not even exaggerating. I almost threw my laptop. He is SO annoying. Don’t even get me started.

2. THE SISTER.
I actually tried to understand her because she has seen her sister sacrifice everything for this family. She KNOWS this family isn’t going to properly appreciate her or pay her back for everything she’s done. So I understand why she thinks the way she does.
BUT GIRL… YOU STILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF HER 😭.“Wash my clothes.” “Do this.” “Do that.” Like HELLO??? You KNOW what your sister is giving up for you and you still keep taking from her.
And then in the last episode, she knew what kind of job her brother was doing and basically acted like she didn’t care. At least SHOW HIM that you care. He doesn’t necessarily need some huge speech he just wants to feel like his sister actually cares about him. So show him!!! 😭
3. THE MOM.
The ml mom, specifically. I wasn’t even planning to put her on my list because we haven’t seen that much from her yet, BUT THAT SCENE where she was complaining about the female lead in that man’s house??? Oh God. 😭I had NO WORDS. I was genuinely speechless.

As for the sister and the whole recording situation I feel like we’re going to understand more about her decisions later because it seems like she had already made certain choices or was getting close to making them before. And for those saying she shouldn’t have left the recording where he could hear it… honestly, I don’t blame her THAT much. If you think about what the male lead is doing too, I can understand why she acted that way.

Anyway, that’s basically my overall opinion so far.
I genuinely don’t know if I’m going to make it all the way to Episode 50 😭 because this drama is LONG, but somehow I’m really enjoying it. I don’t even know why. There’s just something about it that keeps me watching.

And for everyone constantly hating on it because of the format guys 😭 this is literally a typical Korean weekend drama. It has 50 episodes because that’s the format. If it were shorter episodes airing Monday–Friday, it would be a different type of daily drama. So obviously it’s going to feel different from a 12–16 episode K-drama.
Anyway, so far? I’m enjoying it. Let’s see if I still have the same energy by Episode 50. 😂

Title Dream to You
I didn't watch the ep 7 yet. But can I ask you question. Do you like Soobin's character? Idk why everyone critics…
I think people criticize him because he’s not the typical K-drama character we’ve seen all these years. We’re so used to male leads who just take care of the female lead and do the bare minimum, but Soobin is different. He had his own trauma, and when he saw her light, he used it as a way to break out of his miserable life. And now he’s trying to give that same light and life back to her because he knows how much it helped him. I think that’s what makes him different, and maybe that’s why people don’t like him.

I think the ghost was like delivering the massage even tho she didn't ask him so instead of saying hey go and save her she's in danger it would be nice I guess if it seems like she's the one who's asking for help I guess that's the case

Ahhh okay, that makes much more sense 😭 I was also wondering how Bona is supposed to know that every target is actually guilty. I guess that's one of the things the show hasn't fully explained yet especially how the company verifies the targets and what exactly Bona is told about them before she takes the job. Hopefully they explain how the whole “client” system works later because I'm curious too 👀

I think the confusion is because the first guy and the second guy are two different situations. The father in the opening wasn't a normal paid assignment—Bona killed him to save his daughter. The guy in the white shirt, though, was an actual target from Sales Team 3. The company/organization is specifically responsible for selecting and eliminating criminals who escaped proper punishment, so Bona isn't just killing whoever someone pays them to kill. She knows she's working for an organization that targets those kinds of criminals. As for exactly what the white-shirt guy did and why he was chosen, episode 1 doesn't explain that yet, so we're supposed to find that out as the story goes on.

i fell asleep in the middle of this lol so can someone please tell me: So in ep 1, she killed TWO people? First,…
the organization/company structure handles that side of things; her assassin work is embedded within her corporate cover rather than being a freelance cash-in-hand operation so the company collects the money And laundering it then they get it by salary

Title Deep In
I just finished this, and... wow. I genuinely don't know how to put into words what I just experienced. For the past 6–7 weeks, I was completely immersed in this story. Every new episode had me thinking about it long after it ended, and now that it's over, I already miss it.

I went into this without reading the novel, so everything was completely new to me. I've watched a lot of BLs over the years, but this was my first time experiencing a story like this. It challenged my emotions in ways I wasn't expecting, and I found myself getting more and more invested with every episode.I also have to give so much credit to the cast. They absolutely nailed it. I already knew Oli from Boys Planet—I watched the show while it was airing and was one of the people hoping he would debut. But I honestly never expected him to be this incredible as an actor. The way he portrayed his character, balancing such different emotional sides, felt so natural and convincing. I was genuinely impressed.

And the other lead deserves just as much praise. His performance was phenomenal. The chemistry between them never felt forced; every look, every silence, every emotional scene pulled me in even deeper. They made me believe every moment.

This isn't the kind of drama I'll forget anytime soon. It stayed with me from beginning to end, and I know I'll be thinking about it for a long time. Thank you to everyone who worked on this. Without a doubt, this is one of the most unforgettable BLs I've watched.

Title Dream to You
I'm genuinely enjoying Dream to You so far (Ep. 5), and I think one of my favorite details is that every couple has their own color, their own vibe, and even their own soundtrack.

Sometimes it honestly feels like I'm watching three different dramas—but in the best way possible. None of the couples feel repetitive. They each have their own chemistry, struggles, and story.

About the main couple: I know some people keep saying they're enemies-to-lovers, but if you pay attention to their past, they actually started as friends before they fell in love. They even agreed to focus on their movie first and continue their relationship afterward. So it wouldn't surprise me if, despite everything that's happened over the years, they eventually find their way back to each other. I'm not saying they're right or wrong—just that their story makes sense to me.

For the second couple, I've seen people say they're "missing something" but I honestly don't think so. She's not just a rich Barbie girl. She knows her worth, hates injustice, and is incredibly sincere and kind. She's also carrying a lot of trauma. He's much bolder because of the life he's lived, and I feel like he'll help her step out of that fear little by little. As for her mother... I don't care what backstory they give her. She'll still be awful to me. Treating your own daughter like that and exposing her to the media when she was just a child is unforgivable.

And the third couple? They're giving comedy, chemistry, maturity—everything. I know they're not everyone's favorite, but I'm completely invested. She gives off "I know my worth, and I don't need a man." He gives "No woman has ever treated me like this before," and I love watching that dynamic unfold.

Overall, I'm so invested already, even though we're only halfway through. The only thing I'm worried about is the ending, because sometimes the dramas I love the most end up hurting me. 😭 I'm really hoping Dream to You sticks the landing.

Nam Joo Hyuk never misses. I've watched so many of his dramas, and he always delivers. He was amazing in this one too. And Roh Yoon Seo completely won me over I knew her face, but after this drama I'm officially a fan. Their acting and chemistry made the whole story even better. Also, that little ghost creature was so adorable 😭. I never thought I'd call a ghost cute, but here we are.
