Oh, hi-5. I did the exact same thing. Totally want to shoot myself. I held off so well, only started when it released…
I agree. I liked the plot more, before he was a king. He portrayed the conflicted emotions quite well. I haven't much of his other work. For me the writing and chemistry of the main leads I need to love otherwise I won't start the drama. (Which is why I skip a lot of dramasπ€£.) Enjoy watching the trailers. Hope you have a lovely rest of your day ^^

It may have to do with the amount emotions he is allowed to express in this drama, but I understand you mean. He was amazing in Love is Sweet.
Yeah, the things I have read about his original character does turn of me off. Censorship may definitely have played a big role. Feeds spoilers have already warned me to expect some vague reasoning of the writers. Though I don't expect it to be perfect. I'll take an unhappy ending, just as long the reason suits the characters previous intentions. Otherwise this would all feel like a waste of time. We'll see what the future holds.

Hahaha, completely understandable. Trailers do help. They helped a lot when I was watching 'Love like the Galaxy' π I haven't read novel myself, but I do know they made quite a lot of changes to TTJ's character. Hopefully it will be a happy ending. But either way, I enjoyed the actors' work. They have already given me a happy ending through 'Love is Sweet'.
If this ending is not what I had hope for, I'll try to erase my memories and focus on the lovely scenes of 'Love is Sweet'. I still look back at that drama with fond memories π
Oh I know. When I started to wach cdramas I was shocked when I figured out they put all drama in one month and…
Thank you very much! P.S. Apparently I mistook the actor for Xiao Zhan. I haven't seen this actor before either π But the drama still looks good, I'll check it out.

Thank you, it so looks so good! I have seen Xiao Zhan before in the Untamed. He performed brilliantly in that drama. I have no doubts this will be great as well! This time however, I will be waiting until it has finished airing. My nerves can't handle the wait π Hope you will enjoy the drama as well π

Right now I'm trying to do the exact same thing as you! Waiting for the 9th of May to arrive, so I can binge it to my heart's desire. But the days seems long, now that I have something to look forward to π
On some occasions when trying this method, the writers do let me down. Though it's usually with k-dramas and the format they have to follow. (Nothing feels worse than watching a drama you love, into a drama you hate.)
Wishing you lots of strength to stay strong until the finale episode! I know it will save us a lot mental anguish if we can succeed. Good luck my friend! πͺ

Me too. We always miss the great ones, but luckily they stay as a beloved memory :) I hadn't heard about 'Back from the bring' yet, thank you for the recommendation. I'll put it on my PTW list ^^

Hahaha, I'm trying real hard to wait until tomorrow or Sunday to watch all the episodes of this week. If only erasing memory exists, it would be dream come true!
Your pre-condition isn't actually a bad idea. I have a friend who only watches finished dramas. I really admire her will power. Might just adopt this for c-dramas. Anything better than this torture!

I feel you, hi-5 back to you. I don't know why I keep doing this T.T but I'm glad to know I wasn't the only one who couldn't resist temptation. Misery loves company π

It honestly still amazes me. The downside of this however is that after I get a little taste, I keep wanting more! Personally, I'd rather wait a bit longer to have more episodes in one day than the few sprinkles we have now. But I thank you for your support, reading all of your comments do help a lot π
Starting this a few weeks before it's ending really was a bad decision. I dug myself a deep hole and now I can't get out. This kind of waiting really is agony π«
I should've waiting until this drama was finished. Now I'm torturing myself with waiting for new episodes. For those who are still wavering, I advise you to stay strong and not do what I did.
