As an identical twin myself, I really am excited for this aahhh! But with the usual 2 eps per week, I don't think I can wait every week just for that, so Imma just wait until all or nearly all eps are out~ So excited!

No way... I just came across this and was surprised to see Wu Xuanyi and Zhai Xiaowen who were paired as a cp in Love in Pavilion... Lol now that made me lowkey wish they were a cp here skdjskdjks but nonetheless I'm definitely watching this one day after learning about this!

Oooh maybe try FoF bc he's pretty much got such an emotional tension with Neo Hou there 😃 He's pretty much the ex bf of him, a lot of us like to joke that 😅😂 His new bf Tian Jiarui and his ex bf Yanan got some beef with each other and this ghost ship of theirs pretty much sails in the upcoming Veil of Shadows where thru the BTS they 've got a close bond, which is smth I also look forward to~ Lol me and some fans just like to joke about them all being bfs but it's prob gonna feel more like that in FoF 😆

Honestly I am shocked with how they casted the Hua family. Bc a lot of them really look related. I also would get those brothers mixed up at times lol I'd even say the same thing for some of the girls. Thing is, for me, it was hard to keep track of who were siblings, who were cousins, who were the moms of all the girls, etc. bc of how big the family was LOL anyways I think they did really great with the casting honestly!

Just started this and it's great! But woah, I just realized that's the actor who played Haikuo? I only watched him in ALSB... I couldn't even recognize him bc of his completely different styling! If I'm being honest, he looks so cute in this one in comparison~ I'm so shocked!

Just finished this and LOVED it. Everything about this drama was amazing. Loved the pacing. I want to give a special praise to Lu Yuxiao for her portrayal of a neurodivergent (which looks to be an autistic-coded) character. Her acting impressed me the most here. I also fell in love with the second cp. They were my favorite. They were literally the cutest. I overall adored the cps made in this drama as well in general. It's also cool to see a strong FL and ML! The overall story and central theme revolving around Hua Zhi and the Hua family was so precious. I loved how we got backstory for the side characters too that made me fall in love with them. I also love the growth of the family and other characters. It was so nice and refreshing to watch. Also, I can't forget to praise the ML and his fighting skills! HE SLAYED SO HARD EVERY TIME!!

The only problems I had was with the ML's acting. I even thought the FL could do better with her emotions, but I felt she did better and didn't mind it as much. Also, I think the pacing was falling off towards the end with the Hao Yue girl and I wanted the FL to stop provoking the emperor too much even tho at the same time I was proud of her lol bc it was also super dangerous for her and her family... I'm super happy in the end tho that the family made it till the end and we got their whole reunion and a happy ending which lasted for more than half the last episode 🥹🫶

And then there's me who felt like the second half of the drama got even better than the first half, and mind you I already rated it a 10 after the first half, the only drama I rated while watching 😅 So I'm quite surprised you're not liking it as much now~ I wonder how it'll be like till the end for you~ Ofc ppl have their own opinions tho so to each their own 😊 I mean, ngl, I could actually see the flaws more during my rewatch, but I keep my rating bc of my first experience of it which is really unforgettable for me~ As it's also a drama I felt strongly for compared to other dramas~ But anyways, I am curious what are some specific things that made you rate this lower? I rmr there were still some things that got me really annoyed in the second half lol but I still enjoyed the drama throughout~

You're right. I kinda don't like how they did that with Fushanhai / Go to the Mountains and Sea, using BOTH journey and legend likeeee... Should've kept the English translated title lol but anyways yeah Unisaber sounds so much cooler (don't know why they didn't decide to stick with the first name tho).

For real... This and Moonlight Mystique having so many deaths is really too much :( And let's not forget Quzhuo... The fact that he was the only one that lived from the future and has been lonely for almost 20 years, and told the present timeline masked group members about it was so heartbreaking... and the fact that they couldn't change it was too much for me... and even in the present he also lives, but he and Hongye just don't know each other are alive it looks like, which really makes this even sadder :( I guess we see no reunion between those two at all and they live without meeting again, possibly believing the other died, which hurts 😭 And idek how Hongye treats his son and don't wanna know, but just knowing he doesn't treat him that well makes me really sad but ig it's understandable bc of how he's got every person he cherished taken away from him 😢💔 But anyways, I can't wait to see Chengyi as Fugui... they call him the best swordsman in the world? Indeed, that's Chengyi when it comes to watching C-dramas for me! They truly cast the right person! 😍😆

So is it Shadow Unisaber, or Shadow Punisher? I lowkey prefer the former one tbh, it sounds and looks cooler and more unique, but other one is still good.

Man, what was that battle agaianst the Black Fox? I was literally expecting deaths of each pair, one after another, so why did I keep watching? 😭😭 Like omg they literally saw their future? What was even the point of showing it if they weren't gonna be careful? As much as I love and adore the Mask Group, I couldn't believe how reckless they were for wanting to try to kill the Black Fox. Even I didn't believe in them. Their deaths really could've been avoidable, like I hate these forced sad endings 😭😭 If only maybe they showed all of them practicing really hard together for many years and we gradually see them improve and become more powerful to the point of actually knowing 100% they'd make it just like Hongys's father said, in just a span of a few minutes or so, and then finally take the battle when they're actually ready, and succeeding and changing the future... Like imagine we could've gotten a happy ending? Or just at least why feel eager to take the battle when you're already aware of what could happen to everyone in the future??

So now yet again, Li Quzhuo is all alone suffering like his future self who was even told that they'd change... But look, nothing changed but at least Hongye made it! 😭 Anyways, now I wonder if Li Quzhuo survived, why aren't we seeing him in the other FSM series? I'm really curious to see him 🥺😩 I also have to mention he and his brother Li Zizai broke my heart and made me cry the hardest prob bc neither of them were controlled by the Black Fox and they were the only non-couple / siblings which really just hit so hard as you can tell they both were so eager in protecting each other even if it meant sacrificing oneself for the other which was heartwrenchingly beautiful! I wished we got to see more of the Li brothers together! I loved them a lot! 🥺 Surely I loved their part the most! 🥹
