I just finished episode 43, and really need spoilers, please anyone who knows, tell me what will happen to Qian Weijun/Regent??? will he die? I'm worried that he will ruin his father's hard work by betraying Song because of the enemy's instigation. Jealousy has always not led to a good ending. I hope in episode 44 the Regent doesn't do something stupid that will destroy Qian and Zhou's relationship.

Actually Chengxun brought death upon himself, when he was interrogated by Hu "who ordered the 7th prince to kill/ambush him in the court during the celebration" and he answered "Shu Qiu" he slandered him, because of revenge hearing Shui Qiu advise the 7th prince that calling "majesty/king is a form of treason" while he still reagent!! I hope Hu knows he's lying, but what's disappointing is that Hu believes it!!! Shui Qiu experience an unfair and heartbreaking death, he saw his family, his daughter killed, I really hate Chengxun, but somehow my hatred for Hu is not as big as Chengxum. I hope I can understand the story well without any misperceptions due to language barriers. I really like this drama, especially when I see the enthusiasm of the audience in the mydramalist comment section, the analysis and explanation of the hidden meaning behind the characters' actions from other viewers helps me understand the storyline better.

Same here!! I've really enjoyed Legend of the magnate, but Swords into the Plowshares is in another level... For me, my favorite thing while watching this drama is made family tree in my book and made note for complicated relationship between the characters.

With a book in hand to take notes of the words I didnāt understand and to keep track of the complicated relationships between the characters, I actually enjoyed it a lot because it was just that good.
This drama is perfect for those of you who enjoy serious and realistic stories based on history and complex political dynamics. When watching something like this, you canāt judge the characters as simply āgoodā or āevil,ā āblackā or āwhite,ā because humans are fundamentally complex beings full of contradictions. This drama presents its āmen, ministers, kings, servants, and common peopleā in deeply layered ways.
From the first five episodes, I really liked the character Shui Qiu, an extraordinarily intelligent and loyal minister. He is a good and wise mentor, accompanying the ninth prince and witnessing his growth. He cares deeply for The Qian brothers and for the people. He is the type of person I would genuinely respect if someone like him existed in the real world.
Meanwhile, I truly hate the character He Cheng Xun, He is greedy, treacherous, cowardly, and constantly stirring up conflict. He is the kind of person who could bring ruin to a country if left unchecked. In the early episodes, I already hated him for betrayl his masterā¦ and after episode 30, I hated him even more.
The end of episode 29 made me hard to breathe, and in episode 30, I cried and cursed a lot. I felt bad for Hongchu, but what happened to Shui Qiu played a big role in shaping his principles as a king. I was just not satisfied with He Cheng Xunās ending. I wish he were chopped up and fed to the dogs!!
For me, this drama is recomended... With note : Look the tag and the genre's
