I delayed watching ep679 because it's a farewell episode for Jeon So Min, but it is unavoidable as farewells are a part of our lives.
To Miss So Min, thank you for all the laughter you've given us through Running Man. We will definitely miss your unique comedy in the show. As you have said, it was a dream come true for you and congratulations, you did amazing for 7 years!

1. 1FL past practically cursed 1ML past to live a thousand years. 2. When 1FL past killed 1ML past, it sealed the curse. A common "ritual" around the world where a curse has to be paid with blood for it to actually start, otherwise it's an empty curse.1FL, of course, had no idea she put a curse on him. Her goal was simply to kill him once he shows a desire to live. 3. 1ML past is bound to her because of 1FL past's curse. She practically owns him, and she wants him to live to pay for his sins. 4. If so, then the curse can only be lifted once she forgives him, and quite possibly, once she actually tells him she loves him for real. 1FL past didn't love him, her objective was to kill him.
Now, who is that evil spirit? I'm starting to think it was 1ML's father or the Silla king. That evil spirit simply possessed any "body", so the "present body" is quite possibly not what that evil spirit originally looked.
Also, it is weird that the evil spirit actually planned to have the bracelet protecting 1FL removed. It hints that his objective is to prevent the two from ever ending tde bad tie between them.
That evil spirit can only be the 1ML's father or the Silla king. Something happened in the past. Remember the scene when the past 1ML and 1FL were being hunted? Who ordered it? The 1ML's father or the Silla king?

Now, the mystery deepens. Who is that other evil spirit that got a new body?
Or, maybe, the reason there are different actors was that, the General possessed a different body. Like the 1ML, he was looking for any "body" to possessed but no one dies around the 1FL, she saved them all.
So, if given the chance, 1ML would have possessed a body that has to be played by a different actor.

Korean, and for that matter Asian, reincarnation trope takes into consideration the possibility of a look alike. Also, so far, there was no hint the character from the past the actor is playing had a split soul incident.
However, yes, it is possible. Maybe the hatred he had at the moment he died became the evil spirit that followed 1FL. While the good side of him was reincarnated repeatedly.
Episode. Not sure, because Viu divided a single episode into 2 episodes, so it's confusing.
How long? Probably 2-3 episodes only, or 4-6 if a single episode is divided into two.
The break up was not exactly a breakup., as in, heart wrenching. It was logical, and you'll expect it will happen because of the what the plot is about. But at the same time, you know they'll be back together, again, because the plot is about that.

1FL is also paying for using "love" to take her revenge. It's a sin. Now 1FL have to convince 1ML that this time, she truly loves him.
While the 1ML must find a way to be forgiven by the general.
Why is K so invested in making the Seven suffer? Could it be…
1. He made a deal with Da Mi, and she's actually alive somewhere?
2. He saw himself in Da Mi, and was so angry a girl like her was targetted?
Recall that K revealed Da Mi was never his target. And K kept Da Mi's adoptive father alive.
There just is no reason for K to take interest in the Seven, or Six, because his target is Do Hyuk and his father. He has no reason to keep Hwi So alive after he stole his code for TikiTaka.
But he is so hell bent on making those people who targetted Da Mi to experience hell on earth.
Something is fishy. There's still a high chance Da Mi is alive somewhere. Either she was hidden by K abroad, or someone else did when K wasn't looking.
We have to put it into perspective. K was wronged. He surely can empathize with Da Mi.
Then again, he's greedy and selfish. He killed Ji Ah just to force her older sister to come straight back to Korea immediately. So there still is the possibility he did kill Da Mi just to mess with her grandfather.
