With surprise comedies and a "karmic" conclusion. And best of all, the mainstays were all present (not like in S01E11, one mainstay was absent).
However, as is Korean drama tradition, it was written in a way that it truly ended, not leaving anything for a possible new season. It was so perfect, you wouldn't ask for more as it brought proper closures and immense satisfaction.
Still, I do hope there'll be a Season 02 because I like the entire cast and their acting. They did not outshine one another, instead, they complemented each other's acting. A weakness of one actor was hidden because of another actor filling in. Was it intentional? Maybe, maybe not, and that's what made the cast awesome. Who cares if they're support or main or a guest? They were all there to have fun and bring joy to the audience.
Not only that, her appearance meant the other doctor didn't show up.I think the other doctor, the always angry…
Yep. She was integral to the show, she and mother theresa. 😅 Those two need to have at least one scene each episode. 😁
In any case, I'm suspecting it was scheduling or some real-life emergency. When they inserted the pregnant doctor in the story, it was so out-of-place. Like you said, she just appeared out-of-nowhere yet she's apparently an important doctor and was training FL1 for weeks too (probably most of her 9 months pregnancy)!
S03E02 was very fun and enjoyable. It gave us two types of players:
1. The young students were willing to risk 2. The old couple played it safe
Yet, at the end of the day, both groups valued the joy and happiness of sharing an hour with celebrities they only see on screens or from a distance. The gifts were simply a bonus, a memento to remember that once-in-a-lifetime experience, and even without it, interacting with the celebrities were truly more than enough.
Even though I'm only an audience from another country watching through an OTT service, I felt a part of their experience and joy. 🙇🏽
But right now, Ozone is the one dreaming. Maybe that's why the stalker want to remove Ozone from the picture because Dream should be the one dreaming.
Also, by trying to murder Ozone, he was probably forcing Ozone to wake up as their protector. He is the shield that will protect them from the multiverse's harmful "rays"/"curse" causing the deaths.
But right now, the roles of Ozone and Dream are reversed. This meeting want a coincidence, it was designed. However, someone messed it all up = the doctor.
Day and Night have roles to play. The doctor messed it. Which also reversed the role of Ozone and Dream. Which the stalker is probably trying to fix.
If we take the talking to the stars seriously then it means it's full-on sci-fi.
Talking to the stars mean that there's spacetime involved. Now Ozone is seeing possibilities of the future. Possibilities mean different timelines or parallel worlds.
The curse may very well be not a curse at all. It's probably something natural and is affecting the entire multiverse but is strongly felt by individuals born on Earth's February 29th. And some people who figured it out from other timelines/parallel worlds are trying to send messages across the multiverse.
Unfortunately, there are some who are taking a more direct and often offensive method, like the mysterious stalker and the doctor.
Ozone is the key. He can _hear_ from other realities and _see_ possibilities.
omgg having yoon chanyoung in the cast means that lee cheongsan isnt deaddd!!!
He's a Hambie for sure. The question is, Immortal type or Immune type?
Namra is an Immune type. Their human side is dominant.
While the Immortal types are Hambies whose zombie side is dominant, so their emotions and desires can easily get the best of them.
That bomb could've turned him into an Immortal type if he died during transformation. His last emotion, anger, will dominate him.
However, if his transformation finished before the bomb hit, he's like Namra, an Immune type of Hambie, and probably escaped before the bomb struck using his newfound speed.
Well, at least that's how I see the twist coming based on the two types of hambies the director and screenwriter revealed in S01.
I can't figure out what's going on. I'm halfway through ep 2 and I can't figure out if there's a plot. Help?
It's episodic type. One story per episode or two. The only continuity is character development.
A serial series is one where there is an overaching plot for the entire season, and there's a new one in the next season.
The serial type is more common in Asian TV series. Episodic is not because it looks like watching a variety show without the comedy. Or, a comedy show like "Friends" where all you have is character development.
Also, episodic is not easy to pull in a TV format. It's more common in magazines, that little part at some page with a different short story every publication. Usually sitcoms and children shows are purely episodic. Star Trek, and other sci-fi shows, are primarily episodic in the first half of the season, then serial in the latter half of the season.
In Japan, many popular mangas started as an episodic type in magazines. Then it became popular they turned it into a series type. Then it became even more popular they compiled it as a manga or light novel.
The "Hospital Play-" franchise is episodic. It's like "Friends" or sitcom with a focus on life, relationships, and character development. It's meant for a casual watching, not marathon/binge.
As much as it is disappointing that a reality show decided to make it "fictional" after getting hit by reality…
I'm going to continue watching because I'm watching for the people and their relationships. I like observing people. I like analyzing everything.
Besides, it's a reality show. Whatever they're showing today, weeks after the taping was over, that's part of who they are. There is no "reality tv" and "real-life reality". There is only one reality.
If you now hate whoever, it's part of who you are. You have your own preferences too. That's fine. Just like how it is fine if they suddenly revealed a new side of themselves that you don't like.
Reality tv? Real-life reality? They're one and the same. The former is simply more subdued because of TV regulations that must be followed while the latter is less controlled (especially if it is not handled by a manager or agency).
They spoke out because they reached their limit. Maybe they judged someone too quickly. Or, one of them is a manipulator type. Point is, like you, they have preferences too. Whatever pushed them to go post publicly don't mean they are less of a person than yourself.
Maybe you don't like who they are, that's fine. Maybe they were wrong, if proof is later revealed so, then how they handle it will further reveal what type of person they are.
We humans are complex beings. You can never place a single person in one category and then claim this and that.
And that's why I love to observe and analyze humanity. That's why I'll continue to watch.
As much as it is disappointing that a reality show decided to make it "fictional" after getting hit by reality (too, ironic) by removing the air time of someone …
… at the end of the day this is their culture and industry.
Their target market is South Korea and the Korean diaspora. Not you, not me, not a single non-Korean, not other countries.
In other words, if you want to continue watching, then watch. If you want to drop it, then drop it. You're free to express your opinions and share your feedback but (1) don't invade someone else's thread; and (2) we are not the target market.
Besides, would you listen to the opinions of foreigners when they say something about your own culture? Most more likely won't. It's an internal affair. A "family" issue.
Watch if you want to watch. Drop it if you want to drop it. Say your opinions of support or why you're dropping it, and end it there because we are not their target market, we're just going to make ourselves angry for no reason.
Let the Koreans deal with their own issues. Don't be like Trump, or some of the Western cultures, who loves to meddle with other cultures and forcing others to accept their ways.
Was she not talking about sitting down?! I did see the couple and I thought the drama was gonna make it seem like…
> so what did she mean?!
Sit down. 😉
My ex and I had a similar moment. In Filipino conversation something similar to the play on words in thise scenes can also happen.
We're already together but we liked to make jokes and being vague. 😂 So when I grabbed her too, she tried to push me away (she didn't like public display of affection), and asked me "What are you doing?"
"You said you want to do the same?x
"I was talking about sitting because we've been standing waiting for the bus for a long time!"
What guys see is different from what women sees. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Don't think about it too much. As I've said in an earlier comment, the love triangle is only to push their relationship…
True!
I guess they saw the ML as being slow?
But he wasn't. He's just being careful, and wants to be sure of his own feelings. Especially if they're living together like that and are siblings-in-law, so easy to confuse your feelings and potentially hurt each other.
The side-effect, he got too much into it, he kept dismissing his feelings. 😅
But, "slow", I doubt. I guess many just didn't understand his character.
And the FL. She's sure about her feelings and is ready to dive all in. For her, it's him or she'll die single. 😄
Who are Sabi's family members? They are all renowned doctors!
- 2 deaths
- 3 newly borns
- 4 first-year residents growing and learning

Final words. We want Season 02!

It did feel the pregnant doctor was a filler. 🤔

I think the other doctor, the always angry one, had a schedule during the filming so they made up a new doctor suddenly.
The regulars are: angry doctor, mother theresa, prof. Seo, and the 5 Mains. But angry doctor was absent in E11, and replaced by a pregnant doctor.

Next week's episode, 752, appears to be part original RM. They already filmed it before I wrote my feedback above.
Balance of easy and physical challenges + young blood + training potential "Next Generation" = RM will survive for the next 20 years.
If they're no longer up to the physical challenges, they can let the NextGen represent them, in the process training them.
Sit down. 😉
