Whoa.. from the 3rd episode issue introduction, we can guess how tricky the case is. It's like u can only relate to the story if it happened to you or someone close (or someone who handle the case like doctors or lawyers). The lawyer on the driver's side could try defending by its not hitting him, but on the other side he is one of the variable that the kid end up like that. and then, the kid is from someone rich and the mom is kinda... (saying the stuff like this could be called heartless, but yea..)
Even if he could dodge the sue, he still at fault for "drunk driving". I think we can put the blame on the Irish coffee lol.
Its interesting on how they create a story like this and the 2nd episode. They are playing not on the physical issue which we could give the exact number or answer to who's the wrong, but the psychological issue which a bit harder to guess. Kinda fresh based on the modern problem (?).
i was wondering where the "Esquire" word came from in the ending. i guess they just don't want to be overshadowed by some general word on a search engine.
