It is quite good for the Japanese adaptation. I have a deep appreciation for the original, which makes it difficult not to draw comparisons. What I thought of the series: Music competitions are my thing, and Boys II Planet didn't disappoint. What I thought of the series: I started watching this series when it was released. I was hooked right away and thought 8 episodes were too few and hoped there would be a season 2. I didn't know they had canceled the series. So when I saw that there had been so many new episodes, I was surprised. It has taken me a while to watch all the episodes and I still like the series very much. I was so disappointed. 😔 The series had a lot of potential, but it felt rushed and underdeveloped.If they had spent more time building the story and giving the characters more depth, I think it could have been a much stronger series. It had the foundation to be something really good, but unfortunately it didn't quite live up to its potential.

Unfortunately, I never really connected with this season. The story just didn't grab my attention, and I found it difficult to get invested in the characters.

I really enjoyed this series, but the ending definitely surprised me. I honestly didn't expect it to end the way it did... but why not? 😅
I also liked that they tried something different with the theme. China has honestly surprised me this year with all the amazing and unique series they've been releasing. 🤍✨

This series really surprised me. 🤍
I honestly didn't expect to enjoy it as much as I did, but I was completely wrong. The story drew me in, and before I knew it, I was looking forward to each new episode.
Sometimes the series you expect the least from end up being the ones that surprise you the most. ✨

That’s what I enjoyed most about this series. It wasn’t anything extraordinary, but it was a pleasant and easy watch with a charming story.

Finally, a BL with a different theme. 🤍I really enjoyed this series because it dared to do something different instead of following the usual formula. It felt fresh, unique, and kept my interest from beginning to end.
I’d definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a BL that stands out from the crowd. 🌸✨

Hou Ming Hao did a great job in this series as well, so it’s hard to feel disappointed. 😊
There’s just something about Chinese historical dramas that always draws me in. And the fact that it leans into bromance is definitely an extra plus for me.
