Felt like a bouncing ball. I watched this movie long time ago then I totally forgot about it and watched it again, it was quirky and funny, I also got to see the most beautiful and incredibly cute young Minami hamabi β£οΈ she was so adorable and her part was so emotional
Despite being a relatively good drama, I didn't really like it. I mean acting was good and the story was nice, but the FL character got me scratching my head while watching, the way they kept putting hints of old strings of emotions she had for ML while being completely not in love with him, even forgetting most of their memories together in the past, I mean did she like him or did she not? And after a while and despite being only 8 episodes, it became boring, I skipped a lot because there is nothing really going on. Aside from that, I'm also not a fan of the pairing "JH and SH" I mean I like them a lot specially JH I'm a huge fan, but I couldn't see them as a couple at all, I could not see any chemistry between them as lovers either. They just don't fit IMO, they did a great job nonetheless. Overall, I'm sure many will like it, because generally speaking, it's light rom-com well done but maybe not for me~
Good movie, bad crime The movie loosely connected to the series, and in term of the cinematography and atmosphere it's much better, I still felt bad for Kikuta.
Oh how I loved it!! It was amazing π I had a good laugh I actually went out of breath laughing at the "KURENAIDAAA" scene πππ Ayano Go is spectacular as always and the adorable Satomi is so so lovely It was funny, cute and the friendship is unforgettable ~ Highly recommend ~~
A nice movie with a great message about toxic work environment, anyone who is working in a similar situation would relate to the desperation and depression felt in this movie.
I came across this by accident -as always with Japanese movies lol- so I gave it a go and I have to admit that what started as simple curiosity ended with me getting fully hooked and staring to my screen unable to even blink.
The story is strong and emotional, I actually don't know anything about the samurai code of honour and their whole world, god! The only Harakiri I knew was in Mortal kombat -tbh that's why I was attracted to watch it in the first place π- but I was so invested in this I also understand that the director is amazing based on the comments -i have seen quite a few of his work so I had an idea about his style- which is perfectly presented in this movie.
If you are into samurai movies don't sleep on this one
When you find a movie that is 2h+ you have to know that it'll be slow. I liked it, although I'm not really into sad movies but this was was so lovely. The two leads were so cute and Izumi was the best.
Not a fantastic movie but a lovely sad love story if you are in the mood for one~
Re-watching this again after 3 years because I kept having flash backs of scenes.
I don't have any new feelings after the rewatch, actually the same things that bothered me and pissed me off stayed the same, the only thing that I didn't know back when I first watched this is that it'd be this memorable. I hardly remember old dramas and I sometimes forget stuff while watching but this left a huge impact despite being something I don't relate to at all.
I enjoyed it very much despite the negatives points it had β£οΈ
This is not a movie, this is me in my natural habitat π I loved it so much, and the inner monologue is just on point, I only wish it was longer or a full length movie. Being an introvert is such a difficult thing sometimes, specially if you "admire" or "like" someone. It's been a while since I gave anything a 10, this is well deserved.
Fun and ridiculous but full of action. I liked the ML and his silly character, also the subtle comedy there, it's completely cringe but still fun to watch. I just did not understand the end with Ebihara and Koijima, I really liked the crazy Koijima... Overall good for a one time watch ~
My poor friend, did you find this interesting and got butthurt by my opinion when I said it's boring? I bet you get excited reading your ketchup bottle ingredients π if you have a low standards - like extremely low, way below sea levels - go enjoy your show somewhere else, don't force you preference on others!
I think my humour is broken because I laughed much more than needed at this π i believe it's now one of my favourite movies I've seen this year, I LOVE Ryohei, he is absolutely amazing actor and can act funny characters but I was surprised when Misato's character made me lol π she was brilliant here ... I want to see those two again in a comedy where they act like cat and mouse or a bickering couple π€£ I miss them already π Highly recommend movie
Wasn't bad but kinda boring, the story wasn't that great and despite having nice chemistry between the leads, it lacks romance in its core. All I see is Natsumi acting like a scared little cat under the rain and Toma being a grumpy tough cookie. It's cute to watch but with nothing really happening it felt so boring.

First I have to admit that I'm slightly biased because I love vampire movies - everything related vamps really - and also because the story reminds me a big deal of the novel Thérèse Raquin which is also one of my favourite Zola's novels if not my all time favourite novels for him.
I enjoyed the 2 and half hours and I didn't find it boring or too long, it was perfect. The nudity and sex bothered me a little but I understand the need to show it.
Overall artistic and fun, but definitely not everyone's cup of tea, watch with caution ~
I miss them already π
Highly recommend movie
