Ok a lil bit of hot take from me, i just feel like qing yuan is more "compatible" with chunzhi than shen run. For me somehow that pair would make more sense rather than push her with her childhood crush trope. Especially at that time and era where mostly we don't always got what we want. Furthermore, both of them had a really f d up live so the ultimate pair of hateful person isn't really it. But then again every drama push this kinda concept cause my rambling earlier is just to realistically(?) and ofc most of the viewers aren't gonna like it when the FL not together with the ML so i understand why they're always write the same scenario all over again. But i just hope one of these dramas nowaday have the gut to take a direction like the "love alarm".
