I am between ep 10 and 11 and I really don’t get how he got his powers back… can someone explain? Wasn’t it supposed to be her dying in order for him to get it back?

all in all it was alright but like why did they make the eldest son sit in a wheelchair for no good reason making him look like a goofy ass villain and why was the father a beggar for a hot minute like what was up with that?? 😭😭😭
