My first gossip.. I've read the novel untill the point where she gets pregnant.
In the novel the chemistry between lead are very lukewarm at first. Then they gradually warm up to each other and fall in love. BUT,THE CHEMISTRY BETWEEN THE LEADS IN THE TRAILER IS FIRE,BLAZING FIRE. I am so glad they kind of change the dynamic of their first half of the relationship. The novel doesn't focus on romance heavily,it focuses on political dispute,how Ye Li builds a foundation with XiuYao's people with her past life knowledge. So I'm very much glad that the director changed some of it. The director is a female and she knows what kind of love will attract people to this drama.
Next is, there's a scene where Ye Li goes against Empress Dowager saying no concubine can enter her household and steal her husband. And if they pressure her,she will k!ll herself. I sincerely hope they keep this part 😩😩😩
Ps. The chemistry between these two during the water scene is so hot and delicious 🤤🤤

Girl,that isn't the only reason people aren't liking Meng Ziyi in KR. She's of course a pretty nice person. The reason for it because SHE DOESN'T SUIT KR. Not because of the name tag ripping also because of you notice her properly,she seems very disinterested in the games,and mind you she was a guest in the show for many times. But She doesn't even listen to the director.I'm sure she'll do wonderful in the other variety show,Wonderland. Because that show suits her. You take other female members and guests like, BaiLu,Yuqi,Dai Luwa,Evonnee and even Zhang Ruonan,Shen Yue,Angela baby.. you can see why they're suited for Keep Running.
She's more suited for shows like Wonderland, Natural High(a show where Fan Cheng Cheng was attending previously).
