Mr Gye Bin from Business Proposal and Sejeong reunion as father and daughter.. and also looks like Kim Nam Hee (from Reborn Rich) is gonna be the King in this one.. Jin Goo as the main villain. Fantastic sub-casting all around

sports dramas as you would expect, good comedy parts, but feels like anyone who actually plays sports or knows rugby would be cringing hard. feels like the writer and director don't know the sport at all and are applying generic sports storylines to an unfamiliar sport and feeding it to an audience, knowing that typical koreans/kdrama fans aren't familiar with the sport.

There's hope but isn't One Piece like one of their biggest live action Netflix or anyone has ever done lol. Pretty sure it's like the biggest investment and budget ever as compared to this Kdrama, still a rather niche genre at the end of the day.

Chuu was the only interesting part of this series and lowkey they were using Arin as a name to promote the show when she was absent for most of the show and only "return" as the girlfriend once in a blue moon or in flashbacks, and quickly she turns back to the male form.

Not really a great example tbh. A lot of casual Kpop/Kdrama fans hyped Omniscient Reader up to be "star-studded" but in terms of the actual film industry, none of the stars were Chungmuro actors like Lee Byunghoon, Hwang Jung-min etc. All of the leading stars like even the biggest names Lee Minho and Ahn Hyoseop are not known to be film actors but Kdrama actors which is a completely different thing.

Airing after Mary Kills People and Let's Go to the Moon. So prob Oct is the best guess. Admin prob just didn't update the initial airing schedule when MBC decided to re-air Casino due to their contract with Disney+

Word on the street is that this may be pushed to Nov/Dec or even early next year, since MBC partnered up with Disney+, they are airing Casino in July, pushing all the pending Fri/Sat dramas back..

I'll be the first to tell you how I wish some Kdramas go back to the longer formats, but blame the current trends lol. Some recent historical dramas like Knight Flower, Queen Woo and the Queen who Crowns were 12 episodes or less as well. Although historical tends to be longer in that sense as well.

But if the genre of this one is fantasy and romance, maybe 14 is the perfect length instead of dragging it out. Longer episodes may be more suitable if it's "deeper" and has a need for it like My Dearest

Thank you for your information, I was not aware of that. I was actually under the impression that it was still early. That's actually really impressive then, and good for Na Inwoo, he deserves it.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think for River Where the Moon Rises, it was still relatively in the early stages of filming. Pretty sure for this one, it's way too deep into the drama I think. Regardless, definitely a shit situation for everyone involved.

Director worked on Kingdom Season 2 and Moving.. Don't think he was the main PD but still very curious how this will turn out.

I know actors take time to review scripts and obviously pick and choose all the time, but when news come out and two actors have dropped the project? Are they just creating buzz and prematurely releasing articles or what's happening here?
