Title Who Rules the World Spoiler
Just watch ep 34 I suddenly don’t hate Feng ju anymore. What he said to the king about Feng lan xi literally…
still hate him, but he was definitely a product of his toxic parents and he knew exactly what kind of people they were. I was happy to see him tell his father straight to his face what kind of bad parent he truly was even though he seemed to believe he was a great father

Title Bleach
When I first heard about a live action adaptation of Bleach, I was a bit apprehensive. Especially, since Attack on Titan was incredibly disappointing. That being said, I really enjoyed this movie. I watched it back when it came out and decided to rewatch it today and it's still a very fun and enjoyable watch.

In China, there's a problem with shows being too long and having too many filler episodes, so a law was recently…
That was to be expected. That seems like the easiest solution to get around that law. The way the Chinese government interferes with dramas is not good for creativity. It's true that a lot of dramas have filler episodes, but is it really the governments place to interfere? On top of that there are already so many restrictions.

By the law of china goverment from what i know
Thanks. I didn't know that. Another ridiculous law then. Seemed especially pointless when they air one right after the other, but at least now I know why.

On The Blue Whisper: Part 2 Aug 4, 2022
Finished Part 2 and I must say that while it's a good drama, it does suffer from the same flaw as Part 1 and that is that some of the plots are unnecessarily drawn out. One of the examples is how endlessly Yun He was on the verge of death and was brought back. I was starting to wish for her to just die and reincarnate already. Obviously that opinion is coloured by the fact that the relationship between Yun He and Chang Yi at that point just seemed toxic. He was keeping her locked up for her own protection, but still against her will and she kept on pretending like she betrayed him so he would hurt less when she's gone. Both were just pointless actions. They were both still clearly in love with each other and she knew full well that as a merman he was never going to love another and no matter how she acted, he would still be broken when she died, so why not spend the remainder of their days together as happily as they could? Anyway, it was part of the story, but I wish it didn't take that many episodes to tell. Part 2 also still has all the good points from part 1. Dilraba and Jia Lun make a beautiful couple and their chemistry shines in the cute moments they share as a couple, but is not always as great in other moments. Kong Ming and Luo Luo were adorable. I really liked the trio of Heavenly Emperor, Fei Lian and Lei Ze. It was actually nice to see a Heavnly Emperor in training instead of the usual all powerful one. Qing was another of my favourites. Cristy Guo did a great job portraying two completely different characters. While Qing Yao did disappoint me at some moments, because I expected more of the intelligent and straightforward woman that she is, but in the end she did deliver and I absolutely loved her evolution. Speaking of evolution, we can't forget Yun He, who not only transformed mentally, but also physically. She literally became a difference species. Twice. Lin Hao Qing was boring as the second male lead in Part 1, but I liked his character in Part 2. The ending was a bit rushed and sudden. A lot of things were left unexplained and if they didn't spend that many episodes dragging some of the plots, we could have enjoyed a more satisfying and complete ending. All in all, I liked this drama, but will probably not rewatch.

Have you read the book? Is it really boring? I would like to watch this, because Zhao Lusi is a delight to watch…
I think I'll give this a try. Hopefully they'll make it worth watching

Is the ML smart and can he fight?
He's definitely powerful and intelligent, but in the beginning he's innocent and naive, because he's used to living in the sea and the mermaids are much more honest and straightforward.

I finished watching part 1. This is visually a very beautiful drama: beautiful people, beautiful costumes, beautiful sets, beautiful ost,... I liked the leads. Both Dilraba and Jia Lun fit their roles perfectly, but I must admit their chemistry wasn't always on point. It was great at some parts and not that great at others, but overall it was good. Both are stunning and made a very beautiful couple. Jia Lun fit the part of the innocent and cute Chang Yi so well that when he became disillusioned and vengeful, it felt a bit forced and that made it even better, because it's obvious that he's still the same warm merman deep inside and it's only a matter of time before he melts and becomes the puppy who's completely in love with Yun He again. Dilraba was perfect as Yun He. She fits the confident, strong and mischievous characters really well. I absolutely loved her interactions with Luo Luo. Hu Yi Xuan was amazing as the adorable and loyal Luo Luo. She lit up the screen whenever she appeared. Lin Hao Qing on the other hand was probably among the most boring of the characters. I hope he becomes more interesting in part 2. All in all, it's a good drama. Off to watch part 2 now.

Title Wuliang
Even though it's short, this movie has managed to tell a very complete story which not even some full length movies manage. I really enjoyed it.

I feel bad for the Sato family, they got the family they wanted but their adopted daughter decided to peace out…
Totally agree. He and the cat are definitely the most enjoyable part of the movie. He should get his own drama. I would watch that.

Title The Door into Summer Spoiler
Just finished watching this movie. Apart from the futuristic elements which seem far fledged (because we are already…
Seeing as they already have commercial cryo chambers in 1995, it's safe to assume that the world in the movie is not the world we live in, so not exactly far fetched.
