But , both did well also in PC...look the chemistry 🔥✨💗
As I said, I have nothing to say about the acting. To appreciate a drama, it's just not enough for me. When the plot and the characters are not that well written like in Perfect Crown, I just can't ignore it.
I just finished the final episode. Like many people here, I was expecting a lot about this drama. In my case, it was because of the cast. I loved the performances of the 4 main actors in other dramas. But sadly for me, the acting wasn't enough in Perfect Crown. The story didn't work for me, I didn't get attached to the main leads. I thought they were annoying sometimes and less interesting compared to other characters in the drama. But when I think about it, IU and BWS already set the bar high with When Life Gives You Tangerines and Lovely Runner and it's maybe why I ended up disappointed by Perfect Crown.
With the low rating, I was expecting to watch the worst kdrama of 2026. And yet, I kind of liked it. It's certainly not the best drama, but it was still entertaining even if the script is crazy or different from other dramas. Watching all the episodes was not boring, it was sometimes even captivating. I honestly had a better time watching Doctor Shin than other dramas like Love Phobia or Still Shining.
I started the drama knowing I was already disturbed by the age gap of almost 20 years between Lee Jungjae and Lim Jiyeon. Their lack of chemistry didn't help neither the plot which was boring for me. I prefered the second leads story. 16 episodes felt so long and in my opinion it was one of the worst dramas I've watched in 2025.
