It's a little confusing for me how a company's shares could be turned over to a competitor. I don't think it's illegal, but wouldn't the other Silla shareholders take issue with it?

Have you watched The K2 with Ji Chang Wook? I liked My Secret Terrius, Healer and The K2. Also Suspicious Partner with Ji Chang Wook.
There is also Red Swan with Rain...not super highly rated on MDL and I haven't seen it because I don't have Disney or Hulu, but it sounds a little similar to The K2.
Is "The Woman Who Swallowed The Sun" in the group of dailies that you mentioned?
I've watched a ton of kdramas...so let me know what genres you prefer and I'll see if I can suggest more.
I love romance/suspense/thrillers as well...unfortunately there aren't a lot of them out there.

After watching today's episode, I thought about the "romance" part of this drama.
It was my (our?) assumption that Lucia and Tae Gyeong would have some type of romantic relationship...how will that happen if Lucia goes full out for the Chairman? He doesn't strike me as the sharing type😉 and Lucia isn't going to want to jeopardize her plans.
What do you think?

They are writing Lucia as if she knows the Chairman like the back of her hand. She knows exactly what to say to him. On the other hand, Seon Jae is someone she does know like the back of her hand, but she completely fumbles things around him and she even admitted to Stella that he will find out who she (Lucia) really is. I find it nonsensical that she didn't have a better plan for dealing with him.
It looks like Se Ri is her granddaughter. Ju Yeon A seems like a naive character, she's making food for the family…
It's interesting to think about Stella not yet knowing that Se Ri is her granddaughter and what is going to happen to her relationship with Lucia when she finds out about Se Ri.
This has been mentioned in earlier posts that it might cause Lucia and Stella to become enemies. It might definitely mess up Lucia's revenge plan.
My only guess is that this revelation has to come at the end or almost at the end of the drama.
I didn't really get it but I think Lucia said she didn't want to raise a hue for the sake of the company and shares.…
There would be a phone somewhere that she could use to call the family. Even at the hospital.
I'm not exactly sure what floor the chairman was on...but she might even been able to get her own cell phone to call for the ambulance AND call the family.
She could also have had security call the family. So I'm clueless as to why she didn't.
Had to laugh at the fact that the Chairman had brain surgery, but sure doesn't look like it...barely a hair out of place.😅
Good that the chairman knows Lucia was the one to find him. Her having to go all the way to the lobby to get someone to call for an ambulance doesn't make sense , unless like mjcsfla1 stated below...she wanted a witness that she was the one to find him.
Writers: let's hurry up and have Seri figure out she's being scammed so we can see how she reacts and move this particular story line along.
And AGAIN...Lucia's "sister" gets called to come over to the Min House. She is definitely up to something...her reactions were a little over the top.
Why would the revenge plan be messed up if Gyeongchae did get rid of Sujeong? Sujeong was not involved in…
To answer your first question, I meant that since Lucia was manipulating Sujeong to clash with Gyeong Chae to cause issues in the company...if Sujeong is no longer a threat to Gyeong Chae, then that removes one of Lucia's weapons...which could impact Lucia/Stella's revenge plans.
Or maybe I misunderstood what Lucia was trying to do with Sujeong?
Ok, this is the perfect opportunity for Lucia to move in on the chairman...hopefully she won't blow it.
If the preview is to be trusted, it looks like Gyeong Chae will become chairman...or was it just speculation? I couldn't really tell. I wonder if she takes this chance to destroy her sister? If so, does it mess up the revenge plan even more?

Again, Lucia's "sister" is delivering food to the Min home. Their household doesn't seem like one that would have an excessive amount of delivery food, but maybe the house manager doesn't like to cook.😁
After everything that we've been through so far, these last 2 eps seem a little tame...up to the point where the chairman collapses.

You might be right that they have a redemption arc for her, but I'm going to resist having any sympathy for her as hard as I can.
