I watched it but... its not the same.. and the story is totally focused on Rose... he was good in the acting but its not a story that satisfied me.

eh no really... some twists but no angst per se... just ride the journey.. it ends perfectly.. and even the twists get resolved fairly quickly.. and no annoying 3rd parties or 2nd leads that keep inserting themselves!

Totally heart you.. quite a lot of us feel the same.. hence we are stuck in the drama rut! :P hahaha I tried so many dramas after this one.. so far none is really hitting... ok the Double was ok but the CP didnt grab me as much ....

The CGI is so off putting lmfao,Is this even worth the hassle.I've long dropped Xianxia's cause of their unrealistic…
I get you but so far this one has the most "realistic" except for the "freezing the sea" bit hahahha but most of it is not overdone and actually they did a lot of real fighting including aerial rope work for this one... so its quite well mashed together.. its not just use your hands and wave it around a lot only...type of xianxia. I suggest you can try it out and see if its ok :)

is this drama worth watching? I'm not actually into wuxia/xianxia. someone plz tell me is this draggy or not?
Its a perfectly executed xianxia. No weird side plots.. no extra characters... leads into each other from start to end! :) Its very very good and with a super happy ending.. except after this one, a lot of dramas dont match up or end up lacking. Oh the chemistry between all the cast was perfect!

Agree at least it gave depth to a character and explained his actions. Not to justify them or to whitewash but at least he isnt just a flat character that is bad or cheating for no reason! And boy the acting :) We must applaud all their acting :)
