Just finished ep 3 and at least to me JJS is solely carrying this show. She is entertaining and acting her ass off. Both MLs are meh to me, but I'm gonna keep coming back for JJS
Remembered how much I liked it when it was airing and decided to rewatch it. Forgot just how much I loved it and binged it all in 2 days lol. It's so f'ing good
Being under the protection of Solution is basically a guaranteed death sentence at this point.
So sad because the first couple episodes started so strong and the premise of the show was interesting and different. It has imo become a dumpster fire of a show and I'm only going to finish it since theres only 2 eps left. If this was a 16 ep drama, there would be no way I would give this another 6 hours
guys... i think i lost faith... i wanted to love it because of the ML but it keeps getting worse. i haven't seen…
Honestly if it wasn't so close to the end of the show I would have dropped it. Basically all the big points so if you don't want a complete spoiler of the last 2 eps don't read any more...
Ex decides to try to get back with her since that is the only shot he has in winning the party leader over. Solution finds FLs moms part time worker that gave her the evidence in ep 1 and promptly let her die. ML and FL kissed when she was out of sorts over losing the witness and the next day she basically said I didn't mean it. After losing the final witness, FL decides to remarry the ex to try and get him sent to prison and so she can be with her son finally. FL takes time off from Solution. ML quits since she is getting back with ex. Spy manager was finally caught in a very stupid way when she planted evidence for the ex's mom and FL fired her. Ex's mom is still a POS and was behind the murder of the mistress for sure and FLs mom is implied to be the ex. Solution team discovers the cab driver is the actual murderer and working for the ex's mom and they all decide to return to Solution. FL tells ex she is looking into the murder and pretending to be stupid about his involvement. Law school bill gets passed. Solution saves cab drivers life, he tells them who was behind everything and then runs away and gets into a wreck and probably dies
The only positive thing imo this week is they finally caught the spy, even though that should have happened like…
Just useless filler I think. Right from the start it just didn't fit the story really. They thoroughly vet the ML before hiring him and is implied everyone else as well, so why does the spy just appear?
On top of that, she is an office manager. Why is she in the strategy meetings? Her job has nothing to do with the cases they are working on at all, and FLs ex starts attempting to foil their plans as soon as she shows up but no one in the office finds that suspicious? Even the detective?
Also, the writers never really used the spy to her potential. Everything she leaked was lower end stuff that the MCs could work around anyways. It was just so poorly done all the way through. Literally a pointless bad guy that is so pointless IDC one way or the other about her, and when she isn't on the screen, I forget she even exists
Ji-Han completely deserved everything she said and did on the bridge. If she didn't find out what happened so early in the shooting, that reputation would follow her for the rest of her career, which he obviously knows since he is keeping his family ties a secret at work. She didn't ask for or want help and already agreed to calling off the fake marriage, so I don't even see the point on him getting the original actress fired and her the role other than being a dick
the sneaky Friend(enemy-In-disguise ) is most annoying char ive ever seen in the kdrama land. i got bored around…
the entire proposal was done by the ML not the ex. And yeah Su-Min is annoying, she's supposed to be, she's acting depressed because she is a master manipulator and gaslighter so she is acting that way to swing everyones favor and sympathy towards her instead of Ji-Won
Up to episode 15 and truly loving this show. I just can't get over how delusional they made Baek Soo-Young. Like, you abruptly dumped him in a very rude way and then disappeared for 12 years and you think he's just going to immediately take you back? Then come to find he has a fiance and is legitimately happy with her so you feel the need to destroy him, at the detriment of any chance to ever get back with him if this relationship fails and your own business? What CEO in their right mind would hire a guy for a high position with access to company funds that just got fired and (I think) was on the news about embezzlement? Makes 0 sense, even if you both hate the same person for your own delusional reasons.
IDK the reason Mr. Oh hates Mr. Noh yet, other than blaming him for his sister's suicide, which sure, his prior attitude could have been part of the reason she did it but I doubt it's the only. And being the reason someone does that, unless it was a forced situation, does not make him a murderer like he is claiming.
what's killing me is Ki Joon had been looking for that crucial evidence for so long and once he it was recovered…
Honestly, this drama is full of stuff like that. The story isn't deep and it is pretty obvious how it is going to end, but its entertaining enough to me that I am watching it all the way through
The inconsistencies are constant, like the not making a copy, thoroughly vetting and suspecting Ki Joon but just welcoming the spy in without a second thought and never questioning how Ex seems to know their every move, SaRa going from brilliant tactical planner to bumbling idiot 2 seconds later, etc.
I'm assuming what the 5 member society is doing is sort of like insider trading? They are lobbying to get more…
That's what it seems like. I'm guessing they bought that land where SaRa almost died in a fire with the intention of placing the school and "Chaeyul Town" there. I don't know Korean law, but it doesn't seem like that would be illegal, at least that part of it, so the secrecy and forced suicide of the Professor doesn't make sense to me.
Just finished the first episode and this drama is a lot more of a comedy than I was expecting, at least so far. Kind of a nice surprise tbh lol. I'm enjoying it so far
I'm also really loving it tbh. I always find the Big Bad political corruption plots in dramas a bit hard to follow…
I think it was a very twisted form of love personally. Like a mix between actual love and infatuation. As for killing her mom, I'm 90% sure he did it and that doesn't really even correlate to him because he is sociopathic or something along those lines. Mom was just an obstacle that needed to be removed.
I didn't think about him being the cause of Dad's debt, but that makes sense. I like that theory

This. The ex actually had (I think still has tbh) real feelings for Sa Ra. IIRC in the first episode, it was said, or at least heavily implied, that he basically bought her into getting married. He paid her dad's debts and bought the restaurant her mom ran for her
Honestly, how can I manifest a boss like Ms. Song? Literally just leaves them alone unless they need something, then goes to any lengths to get/do it for them. Kinda jealous over here lol
The aunt is the biggest piece of shit family member I've seen in a while. I don't get how she has never been called on her bullshit even now. Treating Yiren and Fang like annoyances and second class people at the table that should just leave and treating Li Zhe as Mr Perfect, while knowing that Li Zhe would have nothing to do with her "perfect" daughter and rubbing in Yiren's face that Qing stole her childhood trauma story, that if he knew it was Yiren, who already admitted to the whole family that he likes
Like FFS, even when they were kids, it had to be known at least to the school, that Yiren and Qing lived together and the disparity between the lunch quality between the 2 on top of other probably obvious differences would be enough (in the US at least) to have the school contact child services on that bitch.
I want her to rot in a hole or something honestly. Qing is a POS as well, but she has been conditioned since the day Yiren moved in with them that she doesn't matter in the slightest so it's not entirely her fault.
I get the uncle is the "good" family member and the only one that cares at all for Yiren, but it's been 20 f'ing years, your ass is just as complicit in all this. If I was Yiren, the second I walked out the door for college would have been the last time I spoke to any of them. Numbers blocked, any other attempts at contact would have been met with restraining orders
Rant over. TLDR: fuck FL's family, especially the aunt
Just finished ep 12 and honestly, Li Zhi needs to get over himself, bad. Blaming Fang all these years and telling Yi Ren that she will hate him too with the story? It's so obvious that Fangs dad lied to both of them that he will help and used his son to get/hide important evidence. If he told me that story, I'd have just been like "Are you f'ing serious? Or just stupid and immature? That in no way was your friends fault dumbass
i think the van was a shock, but this one im not sure... maybe itll explain next ep since she did say that maybe…
especially since we, and she, knows she can protect herself. She knee'ed the F out of Min-Hwan in the elevator already in a less intense situation, so why not here?
Also, am I going crazy, or did JH call her cell and say 5 minutes, then call her work line because she wouldn't answer her cell and say 15 minutes? That part threw me lol
I still like the show, albeit not as much as the earlier episodes. To me, the plot still makes sense and is still moving along, but it honestly feels like eps 12 on are an entirely different writer or something. BoA's character has way too much screen time and comes off more as a whiny bitch than some super-villain that Ji-Hyuk tries to make her out to be. It also went from a melo-ish romcom into a makjang style show when they introduced Yu-Ra.
Earlier in the show, I was using the fact that MMH wasn't a makjang as one example of how it's different from PMR since so many people claim that this is basically a rip-off of PMR, while I still don't think it is, the new direction they are taking makes it hard to defend it as easily as pre ep 12
