oh my gosh ikr, i hate it when couples "break up" in dramas because one person thinks that it will be better for the other one's "growth". they genuinely could've just talked this through and the he didn't have to be so extreme when saying all that to her. we all know that next episode they're both going to be gloomy and sad so clearly the "break up" did nothing beneficial for either of them. ML is going to be zoned-out, kind of regretful of what he said but he can't do anything about it now can he?? ugh i genuinely think this kind of plot device is just so overused and so unnecessary
