guys i'm on ep 2 and i have to be honest... this is unbearable. i'm actually suffering. someone PLEASE tell me it gets better because i'm fighting for my life here.
Didn’t expect much when I hit play, but wow.....this one kinda ate. Super solid psychological thriller that actually gets the genre. Pacing was tight, acting was strong across the board, and the twists? Yeah, they did what they had to do. KHN AND KMY were both locked in, no notes. Lowkey mad I didn’t watch this sooner. Definitely one of those movies that sticks with you. Easy 9/10.
If I’m being real, I’d give this movie a 6/10, and that’s me being generous. It’s not awful, but there’s nothing about it that really hits. It’s not the intense, edge-of-your-seat zombie apocalypse vibe you might expect — some scenes are just plain random. It stays true to its name, but that’s about it. If you’re looking for crazy action or serious tension, you’re gonna be disappointed. Personally, it felt kinda dry. Honestly? It’s alright. Very ‘watch it once and forget it’ energy. It’s the type of movie you throw on when you're bored — a total "scroll-on-your-phone" watch.
Gu Dowon IS good-looking. Just because he doesn’t fit your boring, mass-produced idol mold doesn’t mean he’s not attractive. Jung Joonwon UNDERSTOOD the assignment and DELIVERED. Face card? Acting chops? He’s got BOTH. Stay pressed.
STOP comparing Hospital Playlist to do Resident Playbook. 20 YEARS of friendship vs. 2 MONTHS of barely knowing each other . LEARN THE DIFFERENCE. Different shows, different goals. If you can't grasp that, maybe dramas aren't for you.
Yi Young isn’t cold. She’s not here to trauma-dump her past on you by Episode 2. The story is UNFOLDING the way it SHOULD. If you wanted everything spelled out instantly, maybe stick to TikTok recaps or five-minute YouTube clips.
This show? It’s FUN. It’s FRESH. It’s GOT CHARACTER. Every episode HITS, the pacing is CLEAN, and it’s actually moving somewhere . no dead weight, no cheap drama tricks. I'm tuning in EVERY. SINGLE. WEEK because it's THAT GOOD.
And MDL? It’s a JOKE at this point. People here aren’t sharing real opinions or real critiques anymore. it's just a loud, mindless HATE BRIGADE. If you still take MDL ratings seriously, congratulations, you played yourself.
I’m struggling with the pace of the show. I’m at the middle of episode 2. Should I continue? Does it get more…
it might seem a little slow at first, but since it’s a medical drama, the focus leans more toward the storyline and character development than romance. if that’s your thing, it’s definitely worth sticking around. the plot starts to feel more grounded around episode 3, and with two new episodes out today, it’s really starting to take shape. the romance isn’t front and center, but it’s super wholesome when it does show up. hope you enjoy the ride!
okay so real talk. i dropped this after a few episodes when it was still airing.....didn’t think much of it at the time. but the way people kept hyping it up?? i had to see what the fuss was about. and wow. they were so right.
this show had me in a chokehold from the second i gave it a proper chance. every episode hit. nothing dragged. i was invested the entire time. CFY and ZJY? absolutely ate their roles. the chemistry? off the charts. like genuinely insane. and the whole cast?? no weak links. everyone brought their A-game and the group chemistry was unreal.
not even being dramatic when i say this is one of the best things i’ve watched in a long time. it left that post-show void....the “what do i even do with myself now” type of empty. yeah. i’ll 100% be rewatching this again and again.
Finished all 12 eps—had a blast. Comedy was straight-up gold, had me cackling. Not plot-heavy, but the vibes are elite. Cast chemistry? Insane. Every role hit perfectly. Seo Kang Joon and the FL? Literal serotonin.
7.5/10. Fun watch, good vibes, but the FL lowkey didn’t hit. Acting felt off in the beginning, but you get used to it by ep 3-4. Joy's stunning, but the role didn’t suit her that well.
CYW though?? A whole meal. He carried hard. I was basically watching for him at that point.
