Think of it this way, a lot of series are short on episodes but this one has 14. With the childhood bestfriend plotline in most BLs, we either only get flashbacks for context or barely any time spent on it but in this series we really get to go on the journey with them. It's not just told to us with words, we're actually shown it. I think that'll really strengthen the final 5 episodes!
